I agree with most reviewers that ice cream here is ok but not great. It works particularly on a hot summer night. Yes, I also agree that service has issues at times. The place is small with nowhere to relax and relish unless you get back in the car.

Ice cream was freezer burnt. Unfortunately the mixing were also stale. In the midst of getting our order the two people helping us stopped for five minutes to try to fix an ice machine instead of just wrapping our order up. I won’t be back :(

All the reviews about the staff at this location are 100% correct. The staff is aloof at best. I asked to see the mix ins before I added them, since I had never been to a cold stone. Because I needed to see the mix ins they said they already sent it to register, so too bad. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and instead of replacing it the employees had put the replacement paper on the floor.

Long wait for a short line of 5 people in front of me. Ice cream was icy. Menus don’t list prices. Create your own ice cream (small) was $6.99 and small signature ice cream was $7.99. They like to smush a lid on top of the ice cream, which pushes out some of the ice cream and it drips onto your hand.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff were not friendly, and the person who took our order was particularly rude — it was clear she was unhappy to be there. Additionally, there was confusion about a promotion listed on your website for a free “Might Like It” Mangonada. Despite showing the offer, the staff said they didn’t know how to apply the coupon and insisted I had to pay for it. This was frustrating and left a negative impression. I hope the team receives proper training in both customer service and current promotions.

Ordered a vanilla milkshake and it was so thin. Felt like I paid $10 to drink cold milk and ice. Very poor experience. Staff is always overwhelmed with the long queues!

When i went staff was very friendly and took my order as soon as possible. They fulfilled my requests to perfections. I ordered a birthday cake remix and a founders favorite. I really enjoyed the birthday cake remix. However the founders favorite was not up to par there wasn’t a good ratio of ice cream to toppings. Overall staff is really friendly and the food was solid but could be improved. I will be coming back
Who complains about ice cream? Cold Stone makes good ice cream and plenty of toppings if you want. The young staff (high schoolers) working that night were courteous and professional. The only drawback is the lack of seating. Not a conducive setting for a family looking for dessert nor a great place for friends to hang and chill with a treat.

My second time here in the last few months and the staff is not friendly at all. No eye contact, no hi hello, treating you like you are invisible. My husband went by himself and felt the same way. Ice cream place should only have good vibes and this place is far from it.

I love coldstone but what the heck! Last night we waited 15 min in a line that didn't move at all (we were second in line but it only got longer behind us while we waited), while somehow watching 4 people behind the counter...2 of which were refilling spoons in a dispenser. How is refilling spoons a priority when there are 10+ people in line waiting? We walked out!

Wanted a cold treat on such a hot day. It was practically the same temperature INSIDE the store as outside. The employees looked like they were really suffering from the extreme heat. If the A/C is broken, management should close until it can be repaired. These are unsafe working conditions and a guaranteed way to lose customers!
