I’ve never had a bad experience going here. The ice cream has always been great and the staff are wonderful. The only negative is the wait time. They usually run the store with only 2 people even on the busy days so the line can be very long at times. Overall it’s great but the wait time needs to improve.
I’m a big fan of Cold Stone, but I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this location. On one visit, I ordered a gotta have it, Dough For It and noticed the employee was using granulated sugar instead of the usual crystal sugar found at other stores. I asked her if they always use granulated sugar and she said yes. I politely told her to stop my order.
Despite that, I decided to give this location another chance and placed a mobile order for an Everybody’s Size (Triple Pint) of Dough For It. When I arrived, I saw an employee preparing my order. However, the container wasn’t full and at least 2 inches were missing front the container. Instead of adding more Dough For It, he filled the rest of the container with plain ice cream. I had to ask twice before he agreed to mix it properly. His original response before fixing my order was that it was all in there and to grab a spoon and dig deeper for the signature cookie dough. I usually go to a different Cold Stone with better service, and after these two visits, I’ll continue doing just that.
Love coming here! They always have everything I am looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owners are so kind. Amazing cakes! Great location!!
Ice cream is delicious as always and I appreciated that they were able to make a cake for a birthday. Unfortunately I paid over $50 for an unsightly cake that I was a bit embarrassed to give to the birthday person. They need a more experienced cake maker for this location.
Very disappointed with my visit to Cold Stone. I waited over 20 minutes just to place an order, and it took a total of 30 minutes to get two ice creams. One employee was focused solely on making a cake and completely ignored the customers in the store. When DoorDash orders came in, he immediately prioritized those and skipped over the in-store line. The other employee also started working on DoorDash orders while two people were still waiting in line. It felt like in-store customers were an afterthought. Unless you’re okay with waiting 30–45 minutes for ice cream, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Poor customer service and bad prioritization.
Yelled and fired kid who gave away 1 .80 cent cone while his coworkers straight up give discounted and free ice cream almost every shift. Horrible owners. He was a hardworking man. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Don't get me started on who the ac breaks down almost every month. How the sink is infested with mold. How they are almost always understaffed. The manger is never on site. And terrible communication with the mangers/owners Absolutely a terrible environment. DO NOT COME HERE. I hope they go bankrupt. Hold up I'm not done. They also often don't change out the mix-ins so you're very much likely eating spoiled candy and cookies. The cakes half the time aren't really cakes they're just pieces of cake smooshed together to make it seem like a real cake.
DONT COME HERE IF U HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES Workers are angels and extremely considerate of people with allergies, owners are lazy and don’t know how to run a business. The workers are keeping the place running fr. My family and I have been coming here consistently for years, and we won’t be anymore BECAUSE of the owners. We’ve encountered them three times, and each time they’ve either been rude, dismissing, or straight up been uneducated and spewing lies about allergies and it’s honestly embarrassing. but if you do decide to come here, it’s best to go in the evening when they’re not there. (LOVE LOVE LOVE THE WORKERS)
Whoever was working tonight gave my Dasher the wrong type of Ice Cream Cake. I ordered a Cookies and Creamery Cake and received the wrong one. It's not the Dasher's responsibility to check the order contents, it is on the eatery to confirm they put the right item in the correct order. Now I have to fight Doordash to get a refund.
Great service and better ice cream
I just want to express my gratitude to the young men working the evening shift tonight (Saturday, August 31st) for bringing my three tubs of ice cream out to my car!
I placed an order online for three triple-pints and then arrived at the store shortly after. They were already halfway done with my order, but it was just starting to rain and I had my baby in my arms. Thinking I should hurry my baby back to the car before the rain got heavier, I asked the boys if I could just pull up my car to the curb and they could come to the door with my ice cream. Once I got baby situated and I was getting ready to leave my parking spot, I turned and saw one of the boys already at my window with my tubs of ice cream. He came out into the rain without an umbrella, passed two rows of cars, and handed me my order! Even though the store didn’t seem very busy and bringing me my order is probably easy enough to do, the gesture is not any less appreciated. Thank you so much for the conscientious service!
