You were out of two different wines- Sauvignon Blanc and Rose and it is odd to me that a wine bar runs out of their own wine.
I love this place. Originally recommended by a good friend, I had to check it out. The prices are not exorbitant considering how good everything is. The service, the food, the drinks. Definitely recommend.
Slow service, good food.
I appreciate how quickly the management team addressed our concerns. While not everything goes perfectly, knowing that management is interested in taking care of clients is important. We will continue to be members of Copper's Hawk club.
This is one of go to spots. Usually very good. Staff was off tonight, service not attentive or doing a good job. We will be back... Hope for professional service!
Brunch menu was full of interesting choices. Settled on the breakfast gnocchi. It had savory and sweet and paired with the Scarletto.
Waiter was poor attitude Food arrived late for partner, I was done was 3/4 done when she got her food
I'm a long time wine club member at Cooper's Hawk. For some reason, this time my party was seated in the back left corner of the restaurant with very few customers anywhere else except the bar area. As we quickly came to realize, the staff had a very rowdy work station in a doorway about 10 feet from our table. We could hardly hear ourselves over the clanging and banging and actual yelling by the staff. It never got better through the whole meal. It was the opposite of relaxing for our special occassion (noted in the reservation). The napa chicken salad was not as delicious as I remembered it from just a couple weeks ago, but the mahi fish sandwich was excellent. Our server was attentive and pleasant. But if the staff is going to be that loud, a door should be built to shield the noise or people should not be sat in that area.
Wonderful outing for lunch. Generous tasting - good food - welcoming and warm staff. Bravo all.
I've been to several of these restaurants and this one always seems to stand out for me. Great service and staff, well versed on the menu and wines. Always a pleasant experience (even great music in the background). I'd gladly meet anyone there for dinner.

Our server, Tony, was simply the best! He was personable, professional, and a delight! I had the smoked salmon toast which was very good. My son had the medallions from the life balance menu. He enjoyed them. The only disappointment was the Lux sparkling wine in our flight. It's supposed to be their best sparkling but I found it terrible.
Will was fantastic. Gave us great recommendations yet wasn't pushy. Our brunch was delicious.
Always an excellent meal. Waitress was very attentive. Manager came around to check on tables as well. Great experience.
Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. The food is amazing and out server, Kim, was gracious and wonderful. We'll be back!
We came to Coopers Hawk in Leesburg for Easter because last Easter we also came and it was perfect. Everything delicious. Unfortunately, it was below all our expectations and won't make this mistake again to come on a holiday. Our party of six complained about their chicken dishes were all tough. The pork chop tough, my daughter and me ordered the pistachio crusted fish which was soggy and saturated in oil there was no bite a plate of mushy fish, not fresh it was as though it had been sitting all day. My grandson ordered the gnocchi and that was sitting in a plate of oil rather than a carbonara sauce. Either you need a new chef or closer attention needs to be made to the prep and cooking. These were not chefs but more like short order cooks. Your prices expensive and we don't mind if it matches the quality. Such a disappointment.
