I love this place. Originally recommended by a good friend, I had to check it out. The prices are not exorbitant considering how good everything is. The service, the food, the drinks. Definitely recommend.
I appreciate how quickly the management team addressed our concerns. While not everything goes perfectly, knowing that management is interested in taking care of clients is important. We will continue to be members of Copper's Hawk club.
I'm a long time wine club member at Cooper's Hawk. For some reason, this time my party was seated in the back left corner of the restaurant with very few customers anywhere else except the bar area. As we quickly came to realize, the staff had a very rowdy work station in a doorway about 10 feet from our table. We could hardly hear ourselves over the clanging and banging and actual yelling by the staff. It never got better through the whole meal. It was the opposite...
