I always love going to CH but this was not a great experience. We had a great server but he was so busy he could barely check on us. We were there for 3.5 hours and only had appetizers and drinks. the reason for the service rating is the host staff. Every time we go to Cooper's hawk we have to wait even though we have a reservation and there are over 60-65% open tables. This time I watched the Hostess staff and they were cleaning menus and not busy. Waited 13 minutes, which isn't that long if they were really busy, but they were not. I recently tried the seasonal Crispy Barbacoa Arancini at Cooper’s Hawk in Ashburn and it was incredible! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with the most delicious layers of flavor. The seasonal menu here is always a treat. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
