I ordered the Alaska fish combo by door dash. I also ordered FlameThrower sauce. I paid for the sauce but received wild buffalo sauce instead. The worst part of my meal was the sandwich piled up with solid onion slices. This was one of the worse sandwiches I've ever had. I did not enjoy my lunch. Whoever made this sandwich need to be ashamed of their self. This meal was unsatisfactory.. 🤮🤮🤮

Just to add 15 minutes later, I just threw up from what I just ate while at work. Thanks a lot DQ.

I wouldn't recommend eating lunch from here or you are just asking to be disappointed.

The owners at this location are HORRIBLE!!! Their employees change all the time & over the years I can see why! They are so mean! They embarrass them in front of customers by criticizing their every move. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Leesburg DQ is amazing & treat their employees well & it shows like night & day! Ashburn prices seem to be higher as well. The female owner was giving me a hard time about a discount while she had 10 customers in line behind me. Over a $2 discount!!!! We’ll never go back to this location. Everytime we do, we experience terrible customer service.

I ordered a chocolate cookie dough blizzard and I had a cookie dough piece IN EVERY SINGLE BITE. I love my toppings and am always STOKED when places are generous with the toppings. Would absolutely come back.

I have ordered from here twice will never order from this location again i specifically ordered from this location for the blizzards didn’t receive any of the blizzards I ordered my order wasn’t even right the ā€œmanagerā€ Teti was extremely rude when I was trying to explain to her multiple times I didn’t receive them then she said I shouldn’t have referred to them as drinks !!!!?!?! Mind you I said key words like ā€œNew York Cheesecakeā€ etc she then proceeds to tell there not on my receipt when I ordered through Uber so all the items were after going back and force trying to manage the most disgusting attitude I have seen in a while she finally admits that they made the drinks and there still there and tells me I need to come pick them up and offers me ā€œ free itemsā€ to make up for it after all this hassle calls me back twice after wards realizing she was wrong but at that point i really didn’t even want it anymore talking to customers like that especially when you’re in the wrong is absolutely disgusting WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN !!!! Zero accountability shifting the blame on to others as well this is the first time I have ever been so up set I had to go on too google and leave a review like a ā€œKarenā€ . If I could rate this 0 stars I WOULD spent 80 dollars just to be abrasively talked to on the phone ?!!! AND NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE ITEM AND WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED MY MONEY BACK FOR EVERYTHING STILL SITTING AT THE STORE
