One of the worst places I have ever visited in my life. They treat people who go to pick up delivery orders with extreme filth.I hope that this person who deals with customers changes and that you bring someone who deals with customers better than this.

They water down their cherry dip and it comes out really thin and tasteless. I have eaten a lot of Dairy Queen Cherry Dipped Ice Cream cones in my life and don't think I've ever came across super thin Cherry Dip Like this. I ate a Cherry Dipped Ice cream cone here twice just to make sure they weren't having a bad day with the first one I ate. I returned a week later to the same super thin tasteless cherry dip. My suggestion, go to another Dairy Queen if you want a Cherry Dipped ice-cream cone. This type of behavior gives the Dairy Queen brand a bad image.
I won't be eating here again!

I ordered the Alaska fish combo by door dash. I also ordered FlameThrower sauce. I paid for the sauce but received wild buffalo sauce instead. The worst part of my meal was the sandwich piled up with solid onion slices. This was one of the worse sandwiches I've ever had. I did not enjoy my lunch. Whoever made this sandwich need to be ashamed of their self. This meal was unsatisfactory.. 🤮🤮🤮

Just to add 15 minutes later, I just threw up from what I just ate while at work. Thanks a lot DQ.

I wouldn't recommend eating lunch from here or you are just asking to be disappointed.

The Indian clerk didn’t believe me when I had an order, unbelievably bad customer service.

Was charged 12$ for a blizzard. Horrible consistency and began to melt rapidly inside the store. Overpriced item since the menu stated a different price altogether.

The owners at this location are HORRIBLE!!! Their employees change all the time & over the years I can see why! They are so mean! They embarrass them in front of customers by criticizing their every move. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Leesburg DQ is amazing & treat their employees well & it shows like night & day! Ashburn prices seem to be higher as well. The female owner was giving me a hard time about a discount while she had 10 customers in line behind me. Over a $2 discount!!!! We’ll never go back to this location. Everytime we do, we experience terrible customer service.
