I have ordered from here twice will never order from this location again i specifically ordered from this location for the blizzards didn’t receive any of the blizzards I ordered my order wasn’t even right the “manager” Teti was extremely rude when I was trying to explain to her multiple times I didn’t receive them then she said I shouldn’t have referred to them as drinks !!!!?!?! Mind you I said key words like “New York Cheesecake” etc she then proceeds to tell there not on my receipt when I ordered through Uber so all the items were after going back and force trying to manage the most disgusting attitude I have seen in a while she finally admits that they made the drinks and there still there and tells me I need to come pick them up and offers me “ free items” to make up for it after all this hassle calls me back twice after wards realizing she was wrong but at that point i really didn’t even want it anymore talking to customers like that especially when you’re in the wrong is absolutely disgusting WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN !!!! Zero accountability shifting the blame on to others as well this is the first time I have ever been so up set I had to go on too google and leave a review like a “Karen” . If I could rate this 0 stars I WOULD spent 80 dollars just to be abrasively talked to on the phone ?!!! AND NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE ITEM AND WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED MY MONEY BACK FOR EVERYTHING STILL SITTING AT THE STORE

Service was awful and when asked for a dipped cone they didn’t have the butterscotch flavor then I got chocolate however the dip consistency was watery and melty and thin and didn’t stick to the ice cream at all. Tried to use a coupon from the app and it didn’t work. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This location seems to be struggling which is sad, i always see the same little older woman working. She’s very kind and sweet. Sometimes the store is just a tad bit dirty, but it’s mostly customers just not picking up after themselves. The food is great, but the blizzards are why i come here! Overall great place !

Customer service is super terrible. Worth driving elsewhere for ice cream. Male owner accused my wife of trying to scam him while all she was trying to do is use the Dairy Queen app for her discount on a blizzard (popular .85 cent blizzard). I’m not sure what his problem is but his attitude was clearly looking down on my wife. Won’t be going here again.

This place is just “ok”. Upon entering there is definitely a weird smell lingering in the store but obviously you try to get past it to obtain your delicious treat. Overall the treats are yummy but they are definitely stingy when it comes to toppings. If you could go elsewhere I would!

Very slow service. I’m never going back to this location. They always have one or max 2 people working, they take an order, make the order, deliver the order and then take the next order. Waiting for 15-20 mins to order is very typical. They also seem to have a very frequent turnaround of staff because I have never seen the same staff member again and this is going back within the same month. I also saw the women (seems to be the owner) being rude to the staff member. Sorry too long of a review, standing in line here, got nothing better to do.

Service was terrible. The woman who took my order did not know what a pup cup was, said she knew what I meant by it, and gave me HUMAN vanilla ice cream (the image attached). Ridiculous, never coming back.
Understaffed. Service was slow. The Oreo blizzards that were almost $5 a piece were underwhelming (McFlurries are better prepared than the blizzards are). An overall disappointing experience. I won't be back.

Don't have store hours if you aren't going to keep it.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Why on earth would our family give DQ another chance? You highly disappointed my young children and gave a half-hearted apology. Plenty of other options.
