I like this place a lot and was excited to see that there was this restaurant in the shopping center as a I enjoyed it when it was a now closed food court restaurant at Dulles Town Center. I like getting the bowls best. The biriyani is pretty spicy but low on meat, but otherwise I like this place a lot and just wish it were back in the Sterling area.

Our go-to spot for Indian burritos and bowls. Never dined in here, always ordered online, and picked up takeout. I always get a lamb burrito and my husband gets a chicken bowl. Burritos you can add multiple sauces. Bowls only 1 sauce. The only reason I mention is that there was a span of a few weeks where their vindaloo sauce was way too spicy for me, so I decided to add an additional sauce to mellow it out, so I always get the vindaloo+chetinand sauce and it's great. We also get the Mysore Bonda. We're pretty familiar with standard Indian food, but there's a lot of stuff on the menu here that we'd never heard of. So we explore the apps a lot. Tried the Mysore Bonda once, and now we always get it. Fried bready balls. My 11 yr old really likes them too. Honestly, I think we ordered more standard stuff the first time with this place. It wasn't bad, that's why we went back. But it wasn't amazing or better than other Indian spots in Ashburn, that's why we tried other things. But the burritos (wraps) and bowls are bomb. There's been a handful of times when I've ordered a burrito, then they call me, and say they're out of wraps. Makes me sad, but then I just ask that they throw everything into a bowl, and they do it, and I eat it. My husband said he saw that they make the wraps in house, so that's cool and maybe why I like them so much.

Great alternative Indian restaurant. Serves Indian food in burritos or bowls. Food is cooked fresh, using Indian bread

Wow this place just sucks at customer service. Ordered a take out order at 11:14, order wasn't ready for an hour. Here's the kicker, I told them I want masala chai at 11:14. 12:00 I ask for masala chai, I was told they're making it. 12:30 I asked for the masala chai again, I was told it's going to take another 30 - 40 mins. 12:35 I was told they don't have milk and won't be making any more until the evening. Mind you, I watched them unload a car trunk full of milk. Regardless, overall I waiting over an hour to finally be told they will not be making a part of my order. Now I'm writing this after eating and their food was not worth the wait. The sambar is watered down like no other!!! Do your yourself a favor and go to any other Indian place in ashburn -there are MANY and much better than this place.

I will never visit this place again. Worst service and the food quality is very bad. Never refer this place to family and friends.

Two times I visited this place and had Medu vada , Masala Dosa and Babai Idly .Vada was a little oily compared to other places where I tried that . One also missing thing is that they should dip the vada or Idly in sambar that will make it more tasty. Overall a nice place for South Indian food.

This place is a joke. Made the mistake to go there the next day at 8pm because we wanted to eat something they made and was close to home. While they are making food, they tell us they are closed for orders. I don't know how this place is still in business with such horrible management of it!

Filthy restaurant with okay food. If the outside of the restaurant is so disgusting, imagine the kitchen. Not going back to it.

Ordered Chopathi online. Spent $25.00. When I arrived, I asked for two extra small sauces since I was splitting the wrap with my wife. Their response? "No." In addition to my wrap, I'd also ordered Paneer and when I got in the car, I realized they didn't include any rice. Had it not been for me checking, they would have forgotten my Mango Lassi as well. Been coming to this place years, but bad attitude and bad service seem to be the way of things now. Find somewhere else to eat...you'll be glad you did.

Went there for lunch (next to the excellent Parrandos). No inside seating or wait staff so I had to order at counter. Initially a very confusing experience with clear slant to veggie food. Not a single "popular" mainstay dish. No tikka masala, vindaloo, korma etc. clue 1. No visible customers clue 2. After a very confusing explanation that was like pick a protein and sauce type thing, the manager actually asked what I wanted so I got chicken curry medium and hot. One came with rice which was decent. The other dish came with chopathi which is a thin crepe. Had veggie samosa which was ok but nothing special. The chicken curry was bizarre. The sauce was of a granular texture and pretty much devoid of any real flavor. Just weird slurry made with no interest. The real kicker was the chicken which was probably boiled and then hacked up, meaning It had meat with bits of bone and bits of skin. Just thinking of it makes me nauseous. It was probably the way they do it back home but I have never had curry like this before and that is not a compliment. Just the task of trying to fish through the granular sauce with my plastic fork to prise the dark meat off the bones and skin was something I will never endure again. You have been warned.

I came to the shopping center to go to Walgreens and decided to stop by this restaurant. I was a little doubtful oh, but I went ahead and place an order for a rice bowl with minced lamb, Chettinad sauce. It was a lot of food for the price and I believe it was definitely worth it!The dining area was closed, the restaurant was open for takeaway only at the time. I would like to return and order the same thing and possibly try other items from the menu

I ordered their chicken curry. It came with no rice, and was just very greasy sauce with chicken chunks floating in it that were as much crushed bone as meat. Constantly had to pick the bone pieces out of the meat while trying to chew it. This meal was absolutely disgusting. They are unfriendly and overpriced as well. In nearly 20 years of ordering takeout at least once a week 8n Ashburn, I have never had worse food. This place is just terrible.
