Domino's Pizza

This Domino’s delivery is very good! I would’ve given a 4.5 star rating if possible. I think overall they’re good at making the food, but have areas of improvement. There was a previous time that my delivery took 20-30 minutes from leaving the store to get to my house. The driver did update me when he was close but did not provide an explanation. So communication could be better.

This delivery order was really good as well! Carter was very speedy, polite, and professional, so shoutout to him. Our pizzas came out great and desserts, but the only thing that wasn’t up to standards was the Cheddar Bacon Loaded Tots. It’s not obvious on the menu but there is a garlic parmesan sauce that comes on the tots. Yes, it was my fault for not reading thoroughly but the problem was that there was way TOO much sauce on the tots. (Pic attached was after trying to scrape off sauce).

Shamim is the best worker ever!!!! He was so sweet to deliver my order to the gym out of the kindness of his heart. He will go the extra mile for his customers! Great man, great service.

The service and staff are nice but we got buffalo wings and they smelled like very fatty salami. Which was not good at all. I won’t be returning to this spot again for wings but the staff were friendly and nice.

The Leesburg location staff is welcoming. They accommodate special requests happily. Pizza toppings also vary somewhere from place to place. They cook great pizza!

Horrible mobile app - crashes always. I placed the order on 13th for pickup on 14th. I didn’t realize that the system did not take it and scheduled the pickup for 13th. The store did not have even have a courtesy to give me a call on 13th to tell me that I didn’t pickup my order. On 14th when I went for pickup they said I did not have a order, did not have the customer service to honor my order from previous day. Had to place another order for delivery and to call them 2-3 times to remind them to deliver the order. They also messed my order. Overall a very bad experience at this store

it is imposible tonorder ober the phone AI never understands you cirrectly and no one answers the phone. I get it you can order online but I like ordering over the phone and it is impossible gotta
