you removed my top 3 donuts from the menu. the manager said it comes from corporate and has no interest in passing feedback up the chain. i was not provided a receipt, and when i called the store to find the store number to submit a review i was given an incorrect answer. since i can't complete the corporate survey without that, you just get this.
i guess it'll be easy for me to cut back on sweets

review of ashbrook marketplace Dunkin in ashburn: six crew members working, waited at the register for ~5 minutes with no one else in store and few cars in drive through. pathetic. This is my second bad experience going in side.

This was one of the better DD. they had a female morning manager who was amazing. she had the place running like a well oiled machine and people seemed to like and want to work for her. the drive through moved quickly, the order were correct and the staff were on point. Well she is no longer there and they should do everything they can to bring her back. the drive though now takes 20 + minutes in the morning, when you go inside it is chaos.
I was a daily customer but unless things improve I cannot return. I don't have the time or patience.

I feel bad for the staff that works here! The staff managers, and I’m not saying all of them, but the staff managers could do to get some training on speaking to their staff and customers in a more respectful manner. I highly doubt I’ll continue going to this Dunkin’ location in the future. What a shame!

We had an issue with our over the phone cake order. Unfortunately it was not correct but Patti the manager handled it in a very professional manner. Despite the error the cake was good. Ordered a replacement cake that was correct! However the cake portion was slightly overcooked. Patti and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you!

This place is terrible. Been here a few times can never get a simple coffee order right. They get the order right on the screen, but somehow the order always comes out the window wrong.
