This review is after a couple times of going to this location and getting the same issues each time.
Every-time I order from the app before I go, when at the window they give me my stuff , something is always missing and when asked ( mind you they don't inform me ahead of time, I always have to ask) they say that they don’t have that item in stock and can substitute it for something else.
Today this happened again, I asked where are my Munchkins ( 10 count) , to which he said oh we didn’t make them today so I can give you A DONUT instead for it. I said cool give me one donut and a refund for the remaining balance. He said oh no I can't do that so why dont you park and come in and just take a refund. I said why can’t you do that because in the past on multiple occasions you have given me the remaining amount in the drivethru only to which he rolled his eyes and said il get my manager. No sorry, no apologies for not having the item instead making it seem like my fault for ordering basic donut holes ( munchkins). Horrible service and shady workers so beware and check your orders before driving off.

Ordered a vanilla iced latte, drove to work, finally sat down and got to drink it, only to discover there’s not a drop of flavoring in it. Soooooooooo annoyed, it’s not even close to my job to drive back and have them remake it. Tried to call the store three times and nobody answers the phone. Now I’m out of that money with a nasty latte.
THE MANAGER ANSWERED THE PHONE, told me that I have to come to the store for a refund, said she was busy, hangs up on me then turns off the phone or blocked my number. I will be reporting this to Dunkin, absolutely unacceptable. I’m a single mother, living paycheck to paycheck, I used my last few dollars for this latte to help get me through my work day and this is the service I received.

Love the snack n bacon so much. Ordered two of those the other day, portions were much much less than what I got from other Dunkin. Disappointed.

Was there Sunday, I had 4 medium coffees and while the person was handing it to me the tray broke and spilled all over my car and myself. He just stared at me until I pointed out that the tray broke and all he can say is “oh yea you right”. He finally takes the coffees back and continues to just stare at me like it was my fault. Didn’t even bother saying sorry. And I understand he wasn’t at fault either he couldn’t control the tray breaking but at the same time common sense right if there’s that many coffees to double stack the trays. I go there every Sunday with my family before church and I’ve never had an issue with the girl that’s usually there. Maybe he was new but at least hey I’m sorry that happened would’ve been nice. Didn’t get his name but he had blonde hair in a ponytail and a nose piercing.

My recent endeavor to acquire a simple pleasure – ice cream in a waffle cone – at the combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin' facility proved to be an exercise in navigating unexpected challenges. The primary challenge commenced immediately upon approach: the main entry system. These doors exhibit a fascinating, almost sentient, refusal to remain in a closed and latched state. They seem determined to sample the external Ashburn breeze at every opportunity, creating a persistent, distracting draft and allowing external stimuli (like stray leaves or inquisitive gazes) to periodically breach the threshold. One must be prepared for spontaneous atmospheric fluctuations upon entry.
Having successfully navigated the unpredictable entryway, the next phase involved the critical interface with the waffle cone packaging. Here, the engineering reached peak absurdity. The paper wrapper was affixed with a quantity of sugar adhesive that suggests it was designed to survive re-entry into the atmosphere. Peeling this wrapper off felt less like uncovering a treat and more like attempting to defuse a small, sugary explosive device. The bond was formidable, resisting all gentle persuasion and demanding a level of force that threatened the structural integrity of the delicate waffle cone itself. What should be a moment of simple anticipation became a wrestling match against confectionery super-glue, inevitably resulting in some collateral cone damage.
Despite these... environmental and packaging-based skirmishes, the ultimate objective was achieved. The ice cream itself, once finally accessed from its heavily secured housing, was entirely satisfactory. It performed its duty as a cold, sweet reward admirably.
In summation, while the core product (the ice cream) met expectations, the experience of acquiring it was notably impacted by an entrance that functions more like a suggestion box for the wind, and a waffle cone wrapper sealed with materials that could likely withstand a mild hurricane. A decent treat, yes, but one that requires navigating unnecessary obstacles.

I will NEVER go here again. We were running late and had to go to this location instead of our usual Dunkin. The sandwich I ordered was cold, not made properly and thrown together in the bag. I brought the sandwich out and questioned it- the workers looked at me as if I were completely crazy and wasn’t speaking English. And they did nothing about it or even tried to make it correct!!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts regularly, and I usually have a great experience with the staff. However, today was different. I ordered two medium-sized ice creams for my kids, and the employee, Melena, was extremely rude. Her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly.
When I mentioned that I always have good service here except from her, she showed no concern. I even told her that I would be speaking to her manager, but that didn’t seem to matter to her. Customer service is important, and no one should be treated with such disrespect. I hope management addresses this issue to maintain the great service this location is known for.

I literally order with the option “less ice” because I know that this place fills up cups to the brim with ice. I guess they didn’t read my order correctly.
