Awful experience. I came in at 10a to place and order for 3 boxes - 2 hot chocolate and 1 coffee. Asked for a pickup at 3:30p for a 4p party. They took my order, number and everything.
Came back at 3:30p - and no order was ready. And the two working had no idea what was going on. And it took 30 minutes for them to make the 3 boxes, making me late to my own event. How and why it took 30 minutes to make 2 boxes of hot chocolate and 1 coffee is baffling. There was zero sense of urgency, no apology or even an offer of a discount or refund. Absolutely horrible service. While there - there was another gentleman ordering food and coffee - and they could barely serve him!

Got a large iced coffee and it tasted and smelled really bad. I saw the bad reviews but didn't really think they would mess up on a simple iced coffee. I have had iced coffee from many other Dunkins and never had an issue. Called the store and was not offered a replacement. Highly recommend to test check your drink before leaving the store.

Everyone sleeps on Dunkin, but it is definitely better than their chain competitors. Pricing is lower, service is better and faster and quality is competitive. Great experience here and drink was on point! Definitely would come back again

We love this location! Donuts are always fresh with variety and service has been great. And it’s always clean. The employee who helped me today went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered my donuts from a wrong location in the app and paid already. But I was with 5 kids, and they were getting tired, so he offered to help and saved me a trip to go to the other store and time by providing 10-star service for just giving me the dozen donuts I have ordered. He could have ignored me and just told me to go to the other store to pickup because I was the one who made the mistake. Thank you for the help and we highly recommend this location. Because I have been to some locations where the donuts 🍩 look old and no variety plus everywhere just look dirty. So if you like fresh donuts and welcoming atmosphere, this is a great location.

This location is trash. I order a 6 dollar breakfast and everything was wrong. A butterpecan coffee taste like straight garbage you cant even taste the flavor. Then they want to charge you for more. Gave me the wrong order I call the manger she had the nasty attitude then start yell. I got so piss I got my money back. Customer Service these days is trash. But they want tips please. I am cutting back on eating out it does not equal up the money with the most nasty workers . I good. Thank God I can cook.
An awesome Dunkin Donuts with the best service and iced coffee, the whole place is spotless! And Yasmeen and the other ladies are so lovely! I love chatting with them. They also have the best iced green tea! So much better than Starbucks.
