I’ve been here a couple times and every time they get my drink wrong. The most basic iced coffee with cream and sugar. I wouldn’t bother going to this dunkin and just go to the one down the street. The employees here don’t even know what’s on their own menu. It’s frustrating and it’s particularly the employees that work the afternoon. Don’t even bother with this one.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. They regularly get online orders wrong. If you try to ask them to fix it they love to act like you are wrong or ordered incorrectly. I wouldn’t waste your time here.

Been here a few times they can’t seem to get a simple coffee order right. It’s correct on the screen, but somehow always comes out the window wrong.
For the area this is in I was shocked to see how disgusting the store was. Food all over the floor, trash overflowing in dining area. Only two people working on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy but still took 10 minutes to get food. I noticed the employee making the food was only wearing one glove but using both hands. Everyone agreed food “wasn’t good at all”. It was our first time eating at a Dunkin in VA and may be our last.
