Never open on time, have been waiting until 5:15 for employees to even show up. Then add another 10 to 15 for them to finish opening and the lights don't come on until after 5:30 when they open at 5.
The food is very good but the massive delay this causes is unbelievable.
I would prefer dunkin over McDonald's but I can't rely that they will be open on time.

My wife and I stopped by today around 8:30am and when we arrived at the window, the server said nothing, nearly threw our bag in the window. She did not say Good Morning, KMA or anything. Poor customer service. Zero personality.

Everything was horrendous. Do not waste your time. We ordered food and drinks worth of $40 given that it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. This was donuts for kids and an overseas person who really wanted Dunkin Donuts. Not an acknowledgment as to when we would get it. We paid for it and we were left to one person just handling all the drive thru’s. We WAITED 30 MINs FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY SAY SORRY DRIVE THRU COMES 1st. This is supposed to be fast food not a restaurant. We left with the donuts and no coffee, chai or cappuccino. Please get your priorities straightened. This isn’t how you run a coffee shop let alone retail chain that people expect at most a 10 minute wait. Goodbye Dunkin Donuts you haven’t caught up with the other businesses. Maybe you belong in the 90s when you were popular but just can’t keep up now.

I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and it’s been okay until recently. I have asked for a bagel with cream cheese and they forgot the cream cheese entirely. This has happened a few times before or i get the completely wrong item too.

This morning around 8:50am I walked in to Dunkin and stood in line by myself alone for 10min and not a single employee acknowledged me. As they fulfilled orders for pick up and the drive thru, I received ZERO service while I stood in line ALONE in the store. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I left without making a purchase. Why would one spend here and can’t be acknowledged, nothing not a “be right with you, hold on for a second” nothing. Thanks but never again.

I think this Dunkin location needs to train their employees for being polite and some welcoming behavior
I wanted coffee and bagel egg and cheese when I ordered I said 3 times no bacon but they put bacon. When I said please can change it they were rude

Customer service for the Dunkin corporation apparently doesn’t exist as i have reached out multiple times and no one has followed up with me or issued my refund. I never got my food items and the in store employees were too busy to assist appropriately since i even asked them for a refund. And then promptly was ignored the rest of my time there. Since then i have reached out multiple times trying to just get my money back for items I never received. This was over a month ago and i still have not received even an email or phone call back. I wish you could give zero stars.

The customer service sucks! The young lady looked at me and walked off talking on the phone! smh All 4 people looked at me and watched me stand at the counter for like 2 minutes. Meanwhile one of the employees walks by me and then wait another minute before he says anything. I work in Customer Service and Food services! You never look at a Customer and don’t speak or try to assist. The place is a dump and this wasn’t my first experience but my last.

DON’T COME HERE ON THE WEEKENDS! Idk what happened but I believe the nice lady who was the manager doesn’t work here anymore. I literally came here every day and it used to be fantastic. Now you walk in and nobody knows what’s going on and it’s utter chaos. Can you at least greet me before you tell me to use the kiosk???

This is a note to the manager and supervisor. PLEASE monitor the cameras and observe how your employees are making their customers drink. This is my 2nd time I came to this location and ordered an iced caramel craze latte and was given cold and old expresso shot from a cup. Both times I visited the store it was slow and didn’t have customers so there is no excuse as to why I was served cold expresso from a cup when it should have been made the proper way from the expresso machine. These are reasons why beverages do not taste authentic because it’s not made the proper way. If I order any latte, the expresso SHOULD be FRESH. Please ensure drinks are made the way correct way. Everything was just being dumped from a cup instead of the machines.
