This is one of the worst Dunkins I have been to. Unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house.

Order early and food/drinks are almost never ready in reasonable amount of time.

Today we ordered a muffin—just a muffin— over ten minutes before we arrived and it still wasn’t ready when we got there. While I understand making hot sandwiches or coffee can be delayed, a single pre-made muffin should not take this long.

Unfortunately I’ll continue to patron this location, but I’ll be sending as much of my business to the Starbucks up the road as possible.

This location is making a huge mistake by only having one employee. When ever i walk into this location there is a long line with one employee trying to make the food and run the register. No wonder there is always a new employee every other month, this location cant seem to keep them. Almost every time i go the drink is made incorrectly , food is over cooked, items missing from the order. Ive tried to give it a fighting chance over and over, but it to the point where enough is enough. Im paying $25 for two drinks two sandwiches and two hashbrowns..... only to have some food items missing. Do better.

I have been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years, but this morning I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’ location. I ordered a small iced coffee with 2 creams, 1 stevia, 3 French vanilla swirls, and a side of hashbrowns. Two younger employees at the register struggled to place my order correctly, so the manager came over to assist.

When I received my coffee, it did not taste right, so I asked for more cream and more French vanilla. Even after that adjustment, the coffee still wasn’t good. Since I’m tired of paying for items I can’t enjoy, I politely asked the manager to remake it. He told me the coffee had already been remade twice and instead offered me a refund. I explained that it had only been made once, and I had simply asked for a couple of additions to fix it.

I questioned why I should have to go to another Dunkin’ to get a properly made coffee when it could easily be corrected there. The manager refused to remake it and insisted on the refund. I expressed that this was poor customer service and mentioned I would be contacting corporate and leaving a review. His response was that he didn’t care. When I asked how someone with that attitude could be a manager, he said it was none of my concern.

I have never been spoken to like that, especially at a place where I choose to spend my money. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ location.

O.M.G, this location is terrible, we are in summer and inside is really hot, or there is no AC or is broken.
There was an issue with how the barista handle the products.
The atmosphere, a few old chairs herrband there.
In total, to future customer go to another location, and to the owner of this franchise location or do a decent serius overhauling of or close this place.

They're staff never showed up add opening in the morning I had already prepaid for my order of almost $15 that's plus having to use rewards points I waited over a month to hear back from them when I reported it when I finally get a phone call they told me they'll get back to me to get my refund they never did it's been several months I tried contacting back the number they never responded careful if you're going to do pre-orders there.

This Dunkin’ is part of my daily routine, and honestly, it’s one of the best parts of my morning. The team here is always so welcoming and upbeat—it’s like a burst of positive energy first thing in the day. My coffee is always spot on, and they somehow manage to make it taste just right every time. Whether I’m picking up a mobile or in store order, the service is quick, smooth, and always with a smile. It might just be coffee and breakfast, but the way they do it really makes a difference. Huge thanks to the whole crew—you all make my mornings better!
