Worst breakfast I've ever had.....ordered two of the $6 meal deals this morning, my hot coffee was only supposed to have two shots of flavor but is so sweet I can't even drink it...it was also supposed to be oat milk and I'm 98% sure they used real milk, the bagels on both sandwiches were very stale, the hashbrowns were stuck together/smashed and cold even though we were fast to pick up our order, the iced coffee literally had no oatmilk in it and tastes like coffee water. Sick and tired of wasting my money and there being zero quality control with these places....never again! I hope corporate sees all of these horrible reviews this location has and does something about it once and for all.
Update: I reached out that day for a refund on my order, they offered a small credit which I did not accept so I asked for my money back. I have been emailing back and forth and have provided every single detail even a screenshot of the actual receipt from my order that included all info they would have needed, they still claim to not be able to find my account...even after giving them my account number and email used for the order. It 100% does exist but they claim it does not in order to avoid giving me a refund.....this company is beyond horrible and I recommend everyone stay far far away unless you love wasting money.

This Dunkin is right near my home and I can’t stand when I have to go there. The service is horrible and they move with no urgency to get you in and out. Donuts always hard and coffee is not always made properly.

Food and drink were standard. But the wait was really long. Took more than 10min to get one donut, not to mention the type was not what my kid picked. Ice cream took even longer to get. We had to ask a few times to get it.

I am a regular Dunkin customer, this location you make sure you Keep an eye on drinks ,you get large they will make sure they put ice up to the top literally and and then make sure it’s same quantity of coffee as small and at the end of it’s not full they will add more Ice on Top of it , don’t say anything get a large one and see what they do when they making drinks
Make the coffees large as it’s supposed to be add 40-50% or less ice and should look Large don’t add Ice again at the end to make it look fuller

Ordered delivery twice from this store and on both occasions my orders were fulfilled incorrectly. It’s as if the workers deliberately try to screw up your order. I will no longer purchase anything from this store.
The worst Dunkin experience EVERY TIME! Without fail, they either make my beverages with the wrong syrup or wrong milk due to being out of ingredients and use that as an excuse. Instead of just refunding the mobile order, they will make a coffee with milk and/ or cream instead of oat/almond milk substitute which customers are even charged extra for. I am someone with severe allergies and have ended up at the ER twice over Dunkin’s intentional exposure all to keep revenue high. When confronted, they take no accountability. They believe being out of ingredients and instead substituting them for what is available is sufficient despite the health risks for customers. It’s unethical the way they run business and I will be staying away from this establishment to include the one in Ashburn Farms - same owner, same experiences. I watched them make beverages using water from the faucet! It’s horrible and I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down.

I enjoy Dunkin for it's coffee. Especially their holiday drinks. The Iced Cookie Butter Cold Brew is my favorite to enjoy at this time of the year. It's super sweet and literally tastes like Christmas in a cup!
