I enjoy Dunkin for it's coffee. Especially their holiday drinks. The Iced Cookie Butter Cold Brew is my favorite to enjoy at this time of the year. It's super sweet and literally tastes like Christmas in a cup!

You get sucked in to this Dunkin’ because it’s right by the house but the wait times in the drive thru are atrocious. If you have a spare 30-45 minutes come thru. If not skip it.

Constantly get orders wrong. Staff is apparently mute because they never say anything to you, even if asked a question. If they’re out of something you ordered online, they don’t even tell you. It’s a surprise for when you get home. It’s been like this for years. Manager doesn’t care because people, myself included, still order anyways. Shameful on the manager’s part. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me and the next closest one isn’t any better xD

The app wouldn't let me order a dozen donuts so I went inside. You feel invisible standing there at the register waiting for one of the 5 folks working there to take your order. Eventually someone stops fulfilling the online orders, and then you pay almost 20 bucks for a dozen donuts. Prices are ridiculous.
