Left a full review on google but bottom line -take fewer reservations, staff up properly, or don’t open on Christmas at all. The restaurant seemed to be forcing itself to operate without being adequately prepared.
Overall, it was just a poor experience. We really wanted to add Eddie Merlot’s to our regular rotation of Loudoun restaurants, but after this, it’s hard to see that happening. What a disappointment.
I went with my family and one of the steaks was a lot of fat I told the server and she told me next time you come in and you don’t like something I’ll change for you I said what about this one I spent over 800 dollars and I was so disappointed they didn’t do anything very disappointed I never go back and I told everyone not to go there
I recommend this restaurant based on the atmosphere, service and food. Everything about the evening met my expectations. An added bonus was the live music during our dinner which made our evening even more romantic and special. Our server was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. When our food came out the steaks were cooked to perfection .
