We were there for a wine dinner. Very well organized. The wine and food deliveries worked seamlessly, not too much time and not too short of time between courses. Easily to tell this is a well-oiled machine. The manager reported that evening, in addition to a sell-out wine event, there were two wedding rehearsal parties also there, as well as the typical dinners out for dinner. Nearly 400 seats were filled that evening, but we felt like a small group of 50-60 people. Well done!

We had a wonderful experience at Eddie Merlot's! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The atmosphere was elegant and clean, creating a perfect setting for my parents b-day dinner. Most of the food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers, sides, and desserts were all top-notch, and several of the entrees at our table were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Unfortunately, two of the steaks came out not quite up to the same high standard and lacking the tenderness we expected. Overall, it was a great dining experience and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful. Greeters were personable and kind. Server was attentive, said and did all the right things. Food was good, wife's filet "oscar-ish" was a tad over salted. I think it was the dijonaise that was where that came from. I had the small strip, it had zero seasoning of any type. Perfect med-rare. Cheesecake was cheesecake. Overall, definitely will return

My wife and I went back to Eddie Merlot's after a long time away. Beyond having glasses of what we consider a tremendous red wine called Quilt, my wife had what she considered a delicious French onion soup —and this is after we just got back from France having French onion soup over there that did not match this.. Our the main courses were the chicken dish that their female chef is famous for that crested while I had a filet mignon and some side dishes. Overall, the meal was great with our waitress named Cassie taking excellent care of us and letting us enjoy a wonderful evening. We are definitely going back .

I had clients that I took to lunch and they loved the food and service. Everything was on point. We had steak Diane for lunch and Ceasar salads that were both fabulous. One client had broccoli, and she said that it was absolutely cooked perfectly. We also had cappuccino and the foam was absolutely perfect. Silky smooth and rich!
