Bro they forgot the cheese HOW DO YOU FORGET CHEESE IN A TURKEY AND CHEESE SUB and every person in the order ordered an extra pickle and no one got an extra pickle.

Very disappointed with the outcome of my visit. The sub I purchased was so skimpy on all levels. It was more bread than substance. The corned beef that was on the sub was also extremely fatty which made it very unenjoyable. The staff wasn't rude, but also wasn't very friendly. All in all I will likely not go back and will explore for better options when in the area on business.

These people I think are so uneducated that they don't know how to read. They've sent me 3 wrong orders in a row, that i couldn't eat because they placed pickles on all of our food. Me and my kids are allergic to cucumbers. Every receipt I get says NO PICKLES all over it but there are still pickles all over our food. Over it. The people who work here need to go back to 1st grade. Losers

I usually go to this firehouse subs and it is decent, but today I went and they gave me the wrong order. I drove home and found out, so I had to go all the way back just to get the original sandwich I ordered. Instead of being at my home and eating my food I had to wait for another sandwich, I understand mistakes happen, but this one I was really disappointed about.

The cheese steak was surprisingly good and melty. The staff was pleasant. It is really warm inside, the a/c is broken. I can't imagine how hot it is by the grills. If the manager see this, can they get it fixed for the customers and staff?

I went to this location around 215 today and the two young ladies working (If that’s what you want to call it) were missing up everyone’s orders. They moved super slow and joked and played the whole time. When they missed up my order I came back and the girl tried to tell me what I ordered on my customized sub was wrong. Huh! Anyways the place was disgusting looked abandoned and they have no AC. Terrible experience I will not be back.

I’m only giving one star because it’s the only way to post a review. I really want to give a zero star. I always tip and never ask for any specials or coupons. Am very disappointed to arrive ten minutes before posted closing time only to be refused service. I have ordered over $200 in one order from this location before and tipped 20%. You will never get another dime of my money. If you want to close at 8:30 close at 8:30 but don’t post that you’re open until 9pm on a night with no incremental weather and waist people’s time like that. What a bunch of lazy jerks.

I ordered beef & cheddar brisket. Supposed to be brisket, mayo, bbq sauce, and extra cheese (which I paid extra for) on wheat. I received meat and mayo on white. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. What a huge ripoff.
