I’m only giving one star because it’s the only way to post a review. I really want to give a zero star. I always tip and never ask for any specials or coupons. Am very disappointed to arrive ten minutes before posted closing time only to be refused service. I have ordered over $200 in one order from this location before and tipped 20%. You will never get another dime of my money. If you want to close at 8:30 close at 8:30 but don’t post that you’re open until 9pm on a night with no incremental weather and waist people’s time like that. What a bunch of lazy jerks.

I ordered beef & cheddar brisket. Supposed to be brisket, mayo, bbq sauce, and extra cheese (which I paid extra for) on wheat. I received meat and mayo on white. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. What a huge ripoff.

Always a reliable lunch. The Cajun chicken sandwich is delicious! I love all the customizable options. Portions have gotten a little smaller since I've first started ordering and the app could be a lot better. Service isn't anything special but always reliable and quick.

Ordered online for pick up, once I got home with my food I realized there’s mold on my sandwich. It took 5 calls for them to finally answer the phone (after it being picked up and then hung up on once) for them to tell me I need to come all the way back for a refund.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this location. The quality of food was amazing. My sub was made to perfection. It was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is clean, and employees and service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I met the manger, and she’s amazing and professional! I will definitely be coming back.

I’m a really picky person about my food and thank god the manager working there was very understanding and helpful when I was ordering my meal! Despite the long line, service was quick and easy and my meal was made to perfection. Overall, amazing experience and I will be coming back.

Horrible customer service. My sandwich did not have all the items it was supposed to on it. Which didn’t bother me but when I asked for the items it was missing the cashier gave extreme attitude and argued with me about my order. I would give zero stars if I could for the customer service.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I have an egg allergy and am GF which I know can be annoying for those in the food industry and try to do my research on allergens the best I can beforehand. However, there is little to no information listed on the firehouse website. Seeing as the store was empty I took the opportunity to ask about ingredients in the GF bread and was met with the rudest response. The woman said no she could not check and it was not listed on the package it comes in either. Having shopped in US stores and worked as a restaurant manager before I know this was a lie. I again asked if she was sure it’s not listed anywhere or if they had any papers listing allergens in store. The woman said to look online and would not speak to me again after that. We left and will not be returning which is quite sad as my family loves this place and what they stand for.
