Waited 45 min to pick up my order on not busy weekday with no people in the store
:( my order is not even that big and simple, not sure why it’s taking so long. But won’t come back for this reason. Can’t afford so much waiting time
Add: came home, chicken was over fried, hard to chew and quite salty, received wrong pieces, ordered thigh and leg, got random pieces.
Won’t recommend this place

Always come here at least once a month. The chicken is seasoned so well and it taste good with anything, like their Mac and cheese. Service is pretty good and fast. Try the loaded Mac and cheese for sure.

Soda is always flat, outrageous prices.

Very disappointed. They used to serve nice juicy fried chicken but today both orders of chicken were those giant, big tasteless restaurant depot chicken. All of it is going to trash. Please pay a dollar more and get those regular piece chicken.

The Chi Bap is good, although would be better in my opinion with a little more lettuce. The funnel cake fries are bangin.

My usual dining location is Leesburg, but today's proximity to Ashburn prompted a visit to your Ashburn location. I ordered the Mega Sando combo with an upgraded milkshake. Despite the lack of a significant customer volume, my order took 20 minutes. Furthermore, the fries were overcooked, the chicken was smaller than what I typically receive in Leesburg, and the milkshake lacked the desired consistency, appearing excessively thin. Other location is much better and consistent

Clean, bright, and good vibes all around. A great spot to chill and enjoy some spicy food. Laid-back atmosphere with good music and a welcoming feel. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy—easily some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken I’ve had!

The hangry hot wings make the BWWs ghost pepper wings look like a joke. These are among the few hot wings I can say I've had in my life that actually made my mouth hurt. Just for that alone, 5 stars. I am giving the service 3 stars, not because they were bad, but simply because I had carry-out, not dine-in.

This is my second week here. Firstly, the young lady at the counter both Sundays that I have been by, today and last Sunday is a rare find. She is engaged, professional, friendly, efficient, and so polite. She’s also confident. While I didn’t get the chance to watch her work last week, this Sunday was busy and she navigated the work effortlessly and efficiently. It’s been decades since I’ve worked in restaurant management but with the right coaching she has management and/or ownership potential.
She recommended the Mega Sando last week, she offered a little extra Hangry Joe’s sauce and I’m back this week. It worked. That’s sandwich is freaking delicious. This time, I opted to try the waffle fries… they deliver! So tasty, so hot and fresh. I like this place. I live an hour away and this may just become my routine while I find myself coming out here every Sunday as a favor to a friend.
Booth seating would kick up the atmosphere and vibe slightly but the current setup doesn’t deter. Delicious food and a great team. You guys have it going on here.

I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!
