The food quality went down a lot. The roasted yak was juicy and tender in the past, now, it's dry, overcooked and too tough to chew. Even the fried rice wasn't as good, too blended and dry. Definitely not worth $30 a plate. The biryani rice is way too dry and the goat meat is way too salty. We had dined here for over 6-7 times which were all good until now.
Service wasn't as good as it used to be. We asked for a Highchair for our toddler three times to be able to get it. We got 5 plates and 2 glasses for a table of 4. Our waitress didn't follow our order to make the biryani mild. We were charged extra money for a spicy curry goat. We will not return anymore.

Wow! That was so good! We loved the complimentary rice bread and radishes and the pork belly appetizer! We also shared the yak set plate which was nice and the puri puri which were spicier than expected, but lots of flavor. We want to come back!

Poor Experience at Himalayan Wild Yak I ordered butter chicken and chicken karahi—both were disappointing, lacking freshness and flavor. On top of that, the service was unprofessional. When I asked for a receipt, the staff initially refused and only provided a vague charge breakdown after a long argument. To my surprise, hidden service charges and tips were already included without any notice. When I raised concerns about the food and billing, the staff was rude and uncooperative, refusing any refund. I do not recommend this place. If you visit, make sure to ask for a proper, itemized receipt and double-check your charges.

The service is always top notch, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good. I’m not big on this style of food, yet I keep going and enjoying it, so that has to mean something.

Forgotten order, medium-rare steaks were well done, zero communication with the 2 servers who came to our table.
You all turned a great place into a no-go for a handful of folks.
I've eaten at the restaurant twice and had take out once. Everything here is delicious. I need to eat here more when I have the chance.

Fantastic food! So glad I gave them a shot we now un-shamelessly order almost every week because we can't get enough. Spicy pork curry is spicy 🔥 and just how we like it. The butter chicken and chicken fried rice is superb! Bravo!
*Would love it if Plain Rice as a side dish could be added to the online menu since my family eats a ton of rice

I was very disappointed with the braised short ribs. It only comes with ONE short rib( a small one) despite the description saying short ribs, plural. I called the restaurant to make sure that this wasn’t a mistake. I was told that I was correct. It only comes with ONE short rib, despite the restaurant website stating short rib(s). I would strongly recommend changing this on the website, it’s very deceiving. Charging $25 for ONE short rib and a small portion of rice is a huge rip off. Especially given that even with inflation, I can go to the grocery store and get a pack of short ribs for less than $25.
