Nice place with great service and delicious food. Would have given them 5 stars but their prices are too high. The all you can eat hot-pot is the main attraction and is currently $35 per person. They charge you an extra $3 just to add six small dumplings. That's per person! Dumplings are a popular dish and are a normal part of the menu at other Hot Pots, so shame on HPL for gauging. Too bad, because we usually dine at hot pot every month in parties of 5 to 10. Such a poor decision has made us avoid this particular place.

This place is Great! Highly Recommend!Hotpot is a perfect special occasion food genre. With KBBQ, you don't get enough veggies, and you leave feeling kind of icky. Not with hotpot. The veggies here are fresh and delicious (highly recommend the lotus root, pumpkin, and bok choy) and the meat is, hear me when I say, *succulent*. The lamb and pork belly are my fav, and my fiancé loves the seasoned beef and brisket. The broth is perfect-- not over-salted like some other places, so you can actually drink it. I prefer the milky and herbal broths (I make a small attempt to follow traditional medicine), and my fiancé is really into the spicy kimchi and Szechuan broth. I've tasted and they are so flavorful and have a really fulfilling warm kick. The sauce station has a lot of variety, and I always mix together a 3 parts sesame paste, 2 chive, 2 garlic, and 1 sesame oil sauce for everything. It's so good, but if you're at a loss, go with 100% sesame paste. I eat oranges in between orders to aid digestion, and after, you must get the macaroons!

The service was very attentive from filling our drinks and taking orders before they were empty. They now have appetizers and dessert included in their all you can eat option. They have the freshest vegetable options compared to other hot pot restaurants in NOVA. The sesame dessert balls are made fresh and we’re completely delicious!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts on this one. We paid $100 for two people, and I must say it was not worth it at all! I believe people should be aware that the food quality is very low. The meat was chewy and not fresh; I even fell sick immediately after leaving the restaurant. We ordered the lamb, spicy beef (which was too thick), eye round steak, and brisket. I tried the seafood to make it up for the red meat, it was even worse. Trust me when I say none of the meats or seafood tasted right; they had a bad smell and were chewy. The only positive aspect of this hot pot experience was the vegetables, which were decent. I also enjoyed their rice and udon. However, if you're a meat lover, this is not the place for you; the meat cuts were overly thick. It didn't feel like authentic Korean BBQ. As a regular customer of the hot spot, I wanted to try something different, but I will never return. I'm only writing this review because $100 goes to waste and not be satisfied, and I believe everyone has the right to know.

Honestly Hot Pot Legend will always be my favorite hot pot to go, the variety and quality of the food is just amazing. Ming (the owner) always take IT ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of her customers. It’s always a great experience coming here. Shout out to Nelson the chef with his amazing handmade dumplings. Dont walk run to One Loudon to get yourself a nice and warm meal.

I went here with my gf yesterday. The staff was very fast and friendly. The Sichuan spicy both is my favorite if you're looking for flavor and a bit of a kick. They even have bubble tea, and surprisingly it was really good too!Dumplins were hand made and tasted like it should have it's own restaurant! Almost reminds me of dumpling soup.I've been to most of the hotpots around the DMV and this has to be the best one. Great quality and price for all you can eat. Coming back soon!

Great selection on proteins and veggies. I hadn’t seen pumpkin on a hot pot menu before! My favorite adds in were the fat brisket, cabbage, fish ball, and chicken. You have the option of making your soup bases chicken, beef or pork. The owner is very kind! Get the all you can eat

I recently had some wonderful dining experiences at your hotpot restaurant. The authenticity of the dishes really impressed me, especially the sliced cucumbers and marinated wood ear mushrooms, which gave me a taste of China. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the Ale was delicious. Moreover, the service provided was exceptional. I had accidentally left my sunglasses at the restaurant, and to my surprise, people who work there held onto it for two days until I realized and retrieved my sunglasses. I never expected to find my sunglasses again, and I am truly grateful for their honesty and dedication. This level of customer care has made me a loyal patron, and I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant!!!

Having never tried hot pot before, I came here with friends who showed me the way! ?Being my first time, it was interesting to see the sauces and condiments in the sauce station area, as well as the huge pots of boiling broths on tables as I walked by. We chose a big bowl table and the spicy Szechuan pork broth. This broth really cooked the proteins fast and made them very flavorful! The veggies cooked great and quick too!I ended up getting hooked on the spicy beef and their broccoli and ordered 5 rounds of those and each were very tasty! Everything we ordered was fresh and looked really good.Service was quick and consistent. The place is pretty cook! I look forward to going back!
