We also found the pieces in the tandoori platter to be very dry, and the jeera rice was bland. Based on this meal, we would not recommend the Ashburn location and suggest visiting the Herndon branch instead for their consistently better standards.

When we called to address the issue, the owner, Raghu, happened to answer the call. Instead of listening and resolving the concern, he chose to argue, insisting that we had placed the wrong order — even after we clearly explained the situation.
After being on the call for over 6 minutes, I mentioned that this issue could easily be solved with a simple solution. However, rather than apologizing or taking responsibility, Raghu passed the call to his front desk staff, instructing them to either bring the biryani refill or apologize.
We even went to the restaurant (Janata Bar) by 9:48 PM, only to find it closed — leaving the issue unresolved.
If you are relying on bringing food from this restaurant and eat at home it will be a night mare so make a better choice
Such poor customer service and unprofessional behavior are completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Ashburn or Herndon area.
A gentle reminder to the management — always remember, the customer is like a god. Treat them with respect, and they will return. Ignore them, and you lose them forever

Ordered a food item and paid for a specific quantity—got less than what we paid for. When we tried to resolve it, the help desk staff were clueless and borderline disrespectful. Spoke to the manager, Raghu, who was surprisingly rude and dismissive. They promised to replace the item, so we made the trip back around 10 PM—only to find the store closed. No call, no heads-up, just locked doors and wasted time. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, courtesy, and accountability. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes urgent improvements.

Veg dum biryani is not good at all Gongura chicken is okay, not so flavor of gongura Overall just okay , will skip veg dum biryani sure next time from menu. Will try starters list felt good to try again when in Patel brothers area as it’s in same line. Veg Patel brothers is a competition for entries so meet little higher standard than them and then more folks can show up

ordered the food for pickup palak paneer was stinky and taste like stale called them back and they said they cant refund and give credit. i dont want to drive to return it and get something else. they said there might not be an option to return

I had such a great experience at Delhi-6 Curries & Cocktails! The food was flavorful, fresh, and served quickly, which I really appreciated since we were on a lunch break. The biryani was perfectly spiced and aromatic, and the chicken dishes were absolutely delicious with rich flavor that wasn’t overpowering.
The staff was warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I also loved the cozy and colorful ambiance. It’s a comfortable spot whether you’re dining casually or with family and friends.
If you go, definitely try the chicken kadai. It’s a standout! I’ll definitely be coming back.

The food was incredible, I would definitely come back. As someone who has a wife who’s an excellent chef, I’m very picky but this chicken kadai hit the spot. Perfect level of spice and flavor. Always ask for Sai!!!! Hands down the best service I’ve received in a while! It was 12:30 am and his attitude was extremely pleasant and professional. Overall great experience!!!

Stopped in for lunch with our fairly picky family of 6. Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful with recommending different options. We got 3-4 entrees and 2 orders of naan to share and had plenty to go around. Food was excellent and everyone liked just about everything we tried. Butter chicken was our favorite! We would definitely come back next time we’re in town!
