I booked Jambalaya Bros. for a corporate event I was planning. Jared was an absolute professional and the food was amazing! He completely worked within our budget and came up with a set menu for the event. Highly recommend!
I want to give a shout out to Jared B for the delicious food that he serves on his food truck. I am from Nola and I tried his jambalaya and shrimp etoufee at a winery and it is the real deal!!! Yummy yummy
This was so good. I had the shrimp etouffee over dirty rice.. you can tell they’ve been doing this a while. He told me it was seasoned well and he wasn’t lying. It was delicious and the amount of food was enough for me to make 2 meals. I’ll be waiting for y’all to pop back in my office park.
Recently moves to the area from Nola .. Not a bad option if you're looking for a quick Cajun fix ... Really nice guy. Etoufee was their better dish when I tried it.
Good stuff, would definitely have again. Ordered the Best Thing on the Truck, which is a combo of two of their different menu items. Feel like this would've been great for a hangover.
Heavenly!!!! ????????? where you gonna be next? ?
Amazing food! I’m still thinking about everything we ordered.
I had the privilege of trying the Cajun food truck, and "the best thing on the truck" was awesome- what a symphony of flavor: rich & buttery, spicy & savory, shrimp- chicken- sausage, with excellent soft rice.Edit!:I found the truck again today... Picked up an Etouffee and Jumbalaya (mixed a fair portion of each on a plate with some zapp's voodoo chips, and saved the rest in the fridge for later)... mmmmmm good stuff.
Finally got my chance to meetup with the Truck in Sterling, and it was well worth it. Got the shrimp etouffee and a side of red beans and rice. The moment I arrived home, devoured both. Will have to catch them again when they have some dirty rice on hand. Yummy!!!! ???
If you're hungry, they got you covered. Good flavor, just enough spice to satisfy everyone's palette.

Found this food truck by chance around lunch time and it was the highlight of my day. The food was delicious. The servings were very generous for the price, and I have leftovers for another meal. The service was friendly and fast, the line moved very quickly. Highly recommended. ?
Great food from the food truck! The jambalaya serving was very generous and very good. I loved the gumbo, just enough bite in the sausage and a nice dark roux (although a little runny in my serving). My least favorite was the red beans and rice. They clearly don't use Camellia brand beans, which is what you'd find in NOLA.
We had Jambalaya Bros cater a dinner party and the food was fantastic! We ordered two of the Ragin Cajun family meals with jambalaya, shrimp gumbo, red beans and rice, and the Creole corn Maque Choux. We also added the shrimp etouffee. The portions were very generous and it was very affordable. I’ve had lots of great New Orleans food and this ranks with the best!
STAY AWAY! Had the gumbo with red beans and rice; the next morning I had a horrible stomach virus. No good.
Best food truck I’ve ever had
