Very skimpy with the portions and kept messing up the order. I would recommend another location.

How do you allow a first day employee alone without help. People in line were leaving due to the wait, people that ordered online, was cancelling their orders since the order was not ready. We ordered one Hot and One cold sandwich, he made the cold sandwich, and then went to other peoples who was in line to take their order and work their order.. We left also without our order.. I blame poor management, not the worker that was doing his best.

this was the second time trying the Ashburn location. normally Jersey Mikes is very good, but please do yourself a favor and stay away. They had to redo my order today (8/20/24) 3 times, and on the 3rd time, I said forget it please just give me the missing items from my sandwich in a togo bowl. Clearly the staff doesn't pay attention. there are better sandwich shops just up the street.

Absolute best staff in the world for real. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and the most polite people I could possibly hope to encounter. Susi, Syma, Javon were immediately so incredibly helpful. They helped me get a sandwich that was the perfect size for me and my daughters, super cost friendly and delicious!

Jersey Mike's, located in Ashburn Commons, is the local sandwich shop existing here for a few years. As the Ashburn Commons has attracted and developed new businesses, I think Jersey Mike's hasn't adjusted to its competitors. The facility requested done upkeep as the scenery seemed dated. Upon arrival, the tables and floors had debris. I had to wipe down my table, and the trash was overflowing in its canister. Even the bathroom trash needed attention. The food and the service were the reason Jersey Mike's didn't get a 2-starc rating. The staff of two created the sandwich that quenched my hunger. I ordered a regular salami, pepperoni, and swiss on a Rosemary crusted roll. The taste was that the consistency of the food was better than expected. Other than the cleanliness of the restaurant, the food freshness and bread quality made the experience satisfying.

I visited the store on June 14th. The store was hot and there was a large amount of flies in the store (as seen in the picture). The staff didn't seem to care as if was the normal routine. The person making the sandwich was wearing a "friendship bracelet" and it was hanging off his wrist and getting into the food from sandwich to sandwich. It was rather disgusting thinking about it now and this was my favorite Jersey Mike's.

As some others have said, the food is never ready on time. I try to order 30 minutes before I even leave the house and it’s still not ready when I arrive. There are two workers here during peak dinner time, they are doing their best and I have no complaints to them. I am extremely disappointed in the management here, ever since it’s changed it has been abysmal.

I've visited here many times but recently it's been bad. There's so many young kids working here that don't care. They never listen to what you want on your sub so you have to watch them or keep repeating yourself. The sandwiches are just thrown together. They should have at least one older person working there to keep things professional

Unless you hate sandwiches, you cannot ho wrong with this place. Friendly staff and fresh sandwiches.
Train your staff, clean your restaurant. I got 2 subs, 1 gluten free. I was asked very specifically if it was an allergy, it is, so they change their gloves, grab the GF brad put it on the tray, all good so far. This portion was taken on by what I assume is the supervisor, cool. Then he hands it off to a kid who was from what I could tell on his first shift, kid tries to put the toppings from the regular service line on my sandwich, I tell him " you can't use those there's bread crumbs all over everything." ... " Uhhhhh, this is all we have" after try to get him to get new toppings from somewhere he says that's all the lettuce, tomatoes and onions they have...... REALLY? At 2pm on a Saturday,.you have 1 single pan of lettuce, tomato and onions??? No child. You don't know where they are. I take my mildly contaminated sandwich, which thankfully will only give my family member horrible stomach issues and not kill them, and pay for it. I do not blame the child for his ignorance, this falls on the leader, I am a restaurant manager and I would not pass off an allergy concern to a new staffer. I like Jersey Mike's but this was a bad showing all around. Not to mention the icing on the cake being an absolutely filthy restaurant otherwise. I'll keep coming in but y'all need to step it up please and thanks

So I went in for lunch and ordered a regular number 7 on wheat bread. So the lady fixing my order and really could not understand or what. I said salt and pepper, vinegar and oil, Honey mustard. She put oregano to replace the pepper and she ask if oregano in my sub. Then she could not tell the difference between honey mustard or regular mustard. So her and the guy working the cash register saying its honey mustard. But it was regular mustard. They need pay close attention to what the customers is saying to you. If you don’t have something tell them, don’t put something else on there a think it’s okay. Something might allergy to some of the stuff. Put attention next time.

Food is always good but it is never ready for pick up. Every time they don’t even look at the order til we are already there. Said pick up at 6:29 and still waiting at 6:53. The previous time there was no urgency and hadn’t even started cooking the meat when I got there. Then started several minutes after. If I wanted to wait I would just walk in and order. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Guess we will be heading back to Jimmy John’s from now on. Oh and to top it off my son came home and they didn’t even put the complete order in and now he has to go back. Never ever again. Service SUCKS!!! Eating an hour after they said it would be ready. Go to jimmy John’s or anywhere else. Even McAllisters
