Train your staff, clean your restaurant. I got 2 subs, 1 gluten free. I was asked very specifically if it was an allergy, it is, so they change their gloves, grab the GF brad put it on the tray, all good so far. This portion was taken on by what I assume is the supervisor, cool. Then he hands it off to a kid who was from what I could tell on his first shift, kid tries to put the toppings from the regular service line on my sandwich, I tell him " you can't use those there's bread crumbs all over everything." ... " Uhhhhh, this is all we have" after try to get him to get new toppings from somewhere he says that's all the lettuce, tomatoes and onions they have...... REALLY? At 2pm on a Saturday,.you have 1 single pan of lettuce, tomato and onions??? No child. You don't know where they are. I take my mildly contaminated sandwich, which thankfully will only give my family member horrible stomach issues and not kill them, and pay for it. I do not blame the child for his ignorance, this falls on the leader, I am a restaurant manager and I would not pass off an allergy concern to a new staffer. I like Jersey Mike's but this was a bad showing all around. Not to mention the icing on the cake being an absolutely filthy restaurant otherwise. I'll keep coming in but y'all need to step it up please and thanks

So I went in for lunch and ordered a regular number 7 on wheat bread. So the lady fixing my order and really could not understand or what. I said salt and pepper, vinegar and oil, Honey mustard. She put oregano to replace the pepper and she ask if oregano in my sub. Then she could not tell the difference between honey mustard or regular mustard. So her and the guy working the cash register saying its honey mustard. But it was regular mustard. They need pay close attention to what the customers is saying to you. If you don’t have something tell them, don’t put something else on there a think it’s okay. Something might allergy to some of the stuff. Put attention next time.

Food is always good but it is never ready for pick up. Every time they don’t even look at the order til we are already there. Said pick up at 6:29 and still waiting at 6:53. The previous time there was no urgency and hadn’t even started cooking the meat when I got there. Then started several minutes after. If I wanted to wait I would just walk in and order. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Guess we will be heading back to Jimmy John’s from now on. Oh and to top it off my son came home and they didn’t even put the complete order in and now he has to go back. Never ever again. Service SUCKS!!! Eating an hour after they said it would be ready. Go to jimmy John’s or anywhere else. Even McAllisters

The Philly cheese steak and chipotle cheese steaks are amazing. The place was clean and there's a lot of space. The staff was a little overwhelmed by the online orders and the in person orders but they tried their best and were probably understaffed.

I do like their subs. Bread is fresh, cold cuts are cut to order, I think what I like best is getting the sub Mike's Way...lettuce tomato, onion, oil and vinegar. Lots of food love the cheese steaks. I haven't tried them myself. You can order ahead using their app and earn points towards free sub. You'll get a message telling you when your order will be ready.Atmosphere is basic deli sandwich shop.

So happy these guys offer a serious gluten-free option! If you ask, they'll make sure there is zero cross contamination...which is super rare, and super appreciated. It's now a go-to this family with a severe gluten allergy in house. Recommend!Dietary restrictions: Offers a true Gluten Free option. Bravo!

Ordered online twice here the first time the app said be ready in 15min, went to the location and was over hour before got my order. Thought might been just bad day ordered again said 15min and 1hr 7min sandwhich was finally ready. I watched make people sandwich's that just walked in rang them out and customer left before even mine was worked on. Honestly I would just hard pass on this location not worth the wait plenty of other places to get meal from that does not take over hour wait for sandwhich.

Very very rude staff (the one in beerd).He whispered something with the word F....When I asked him something and when I asked him to repeat it, he didn't have the guts and kept whispering and walked away.Absolutely the worst customer service ever.This was my first and last time at this location.I highly recommend others not to shop from here.

This location desperately needs to be staffed by someone other than teenage boys. I walked in to get my pickup order, store was empty with one employee in the back, absolutely no other customers. He started making my order when I arrived, and the other employee came in from outside to start making the hot sub. He handed me my food like I was causing him a huge inconvenience and then rolled his eyes at the other employee as another customer walked in the door. My sub was not even cut the whole way through and was soaked in oil. This isn't the first time I've had terrible customer service at this location.
