Freaky good food but not freaky fast. Multiple orders have taken around an hour for delivery to an address 10 minutes away - might as well have just done pickup at that point. Also delivered the wrong side (cookie instead of chips).

Ordered delivery, and only got one of my items. Called the store and the phone rang and rang, no one picked up. I drove over to the store and there was the rest of my order sitting on the counter. I can't even be mad at the poor employee who seemed to be manning the store by himself during the busy lunch rush. Not offered a refund or anything but that's not something I'm going to harass the clearly overworked employee over.

You have absolutely GOT to be kidding me. I’m done ordering sandwiches out. Between this and Santini’s, there’s no point. $11 for a turkey sandwich combo. 3 pieces of turkey. Insane! What an absolute waste of money.

I went by on Friday evening around 5 PM. There were two employees there. When I walked in, there were no other customers. One employee said they were not taking orders because they were out of bread. He seemed indifferent, unfriendly, and unapologetic. I asked if they had wraps, and he said yes. I asked if they could do a lettus wrap and he said no. I said no thank you, and I left. I don't think I will go back
I paid for my food and left it on the counter. The two employees were absolutely Rude. Never had such Absolutely Rude Service
I’ve been in this JJ store about 10 times over the past two years and the workers here have never ever said ‘hello’ or greeted me after I walked in and greeted them with a smile and hello. They are never polite and always appear to be grumpy and hate their jobs. Ha! Get a new gig if it’s THAT bad, fellas. I’ve seen several customers walk out after not being greeted and are ignored for 5-10 minutes after they walk in Actually, I’m currently in the store now and two just walked out. SMH. The ONLY reason why I come back is for the food.
By far the best sub I've ever had by any sub restaurant, they know how to make a meaty sub and not disappoint!!
