Nice ambience with nice drinks. It’s situated inside one Loudoun station. It’s one of the Best place to grab a drink and play board games. We had coco crème Oreo shake with brown sugar boba and it was amazing. I really loved it as i love sugar and chocolate. We played board games there. They have tons of board games, carom board etc you can pick one of your choice play and keep it back. The place was spacious and comfy. Lighting was also proper. Give it a try if you are in Loudoun county or passing by.

Kung Fu Tea - Ryan is one of the largest Kung Fu Tea's on the East Coast. It was also the coziest and coolest Kung Fu Tea's I've ever been in. The owners were friendly. It's a great hangout spot. You can enjoy a bubble tea and/or a croffle as well as play a board game and/or watch anime. In terms of croffles, there are 5 varieties to pick from - Original, Oreo, Strawberry Chocolate, S'mores, and Banana Chocolate. Over the span of an hour, we enjoyed Rosehip Milk Tea with Coffee Popping Boba, Guava Black Tea with Mango Jelly, S'mores Croffle, Peach Oolong Tea with Mango Jelly, Longan Jujube Tea with Herbal Jelly, and Roasted Chestnut Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba. Among the ones I had, the Rosehip Milk Tea with Coffee Popping Boba was my favorite!
So many options for bubble tea and they taste great. The dessert called the croffle is amazing. The vibes are immaculate.

Service was fine but everyone who got the pink lemonade bubble tea got sick with upset stomach. The drinks did not taste like they usually do. Some people got other drinks and didn’t have any stomach issues. I’m concerned because we called the store to inform them and they assured us it wasn’t the drinks and must have been something else but seems unlikely as that’s all we had that day.
