I drove from Richmond to try Lakshmi Chock after seeing them on Instagram, and it truly felt like a little piece of Lahore. I highly recommend this place! I had the Chicken Tikka, naan and chickpea masala. It was incredible. The best I have ever had. The flavor of the chicken was balanced with a little bit of spice, but also a nice smoky taste. The chickpea masala was probably my favorite thing to eat. It came with the naan. I have never never had this kind of experience at any of the local restaurants in DMV area. They all claim to be but no one has reached out to the level this restaurant is @. We had beef nihari with sesame naans, chicken peas and halwa puri. This is my new spot. Can’t wait to come back and try their kabobs.
