we often get delivery from Manhattan and we have always had a good experience. The gluten free pizza is a very good option for anyone with celiac.

Instead of my food delivering in 20 mins like normal, I got it an hour and a half later. My initial call, I paid for the order and confirmed the address for delivery. An hour later I call to check on my order and the employee who picked up the phone told me that my order is not found and I must have placed it in the wrong location. After 6 times providing my phone number, address and confirmed that my credit card was charge, he admits that my order is ready for pick up. I told him the order was for delivery, so he instead in charging me for delivery cost. I paid a second time and was told my food will be delivered in ten mins. 20 mins later the driver shows up with an attitude. My food was cold and saggy. In both times I called the employees are joking and laughing in the background with each other. Not focusing in my call at all. That is why they forgot my food there and not in a hurry to deliver even after the second time I called. It’s like a country club social hour. No one cares to actually work. As result my son went hungry to his Hockey game and my two little toddlers were having tantrums because they were an hour and half past their meal time. I didn’t get an apology instead the driver said, “well we credit you for the initial order for pick up and only charged for the delivery.” Ridiculous! Last time I am ever going to order from them. I had other incident that been happening in my last few times that I been ordering. This one throw me over the edge. The lack of professionalism and Arrogance behavior of the driver was unacceptable.

It's time to move forward from Covid and bring back table service. There's little incentive to come in to dine with cafeteria style service and plastic cutlery and paper cups

Not for me. The pizza has absolutely no flavor. It most definitely overpriced. This is not the best this area has to offer.

Downgrading previous rating because they have now gotten our order wrong multiple times in a row. When I tried to reach out to resolve it, I got no response.

This sort of thing occasionally happens with delivery, but don’t expect Manhattan to rush another order out to you. No they’ll remake it and send another with “apologies” but you’re back in the queue for another 45 minutes, never mind that you’ve already waited. What’s that? Maybe they might offer you a coupon or a free desert next or something to make up for messing up the delivery, wasting our time and making us late? Pshh,not at Manhattan, if they mess up you’re the one inconvenienced, it’s on you! You were warned. And that $10 tip for the driver for his speedy responsible delivery? You’re out that too. At Manhattan you’ll accept their worst with only an apology and like it because they’re too busy to gaf.
