We went to Matchbox with a party of 8 for my son's 20th birthday party. The service could not have been worse. We had 4 children all teenagers and the waitress came by the table maybe 2-3 times, she could have cared less, probably because she knew she was getting a mandatory 20% gratuity for a table over 5 people. It showed, she did nothing at all to earn her mandatory tip. The pizza was terrible, it was flat, the toppings were not generous and overall the pizza was worse than many carry out places. I won't be coming back here again.

Carlos was amazing, so warm and thoughtful. The food was delicious, so excited for the halal options. Highly recommend the steak and eggs. Taylor also made us feel so welcome and was very attentive.

Loved that there are so many halal options. Carlos was a server and super attentive and helpful, did everything with a smile on his face :). Taylor, I think she's a manager, also stopped by and was very pleasant as well. Overall great experience and I'll be back for sure!

We came to the One Loudoun location around 2pm on a Saturday for the Brunch Buffet. Overal, I was a bit disappointed, however there were positives and negatives. To start with the positive, the individually ordered dishes were all quite good. They were well prepared, seemed to use good ingredients, and you could order in full or half portions. Also, our server was friendly and helpful. There were several negatives. First, after we were promptly seated no servers came to our table. After about 10 minutes I went back to the hostess and asked for a server. A few minutes later a server finally showed up. He was friendly and apologized. Next, the waffle bar and taco bar were not very good. The food had sat out too long and may not have been that great of quality fresh. Everything was dry, chewy, and stale. Finally, a highlight for my young kids was the promise of cotton candy. Unfortunately, the location was out. I'm not sore if that was a single day issue, or a longer term one, but they were disappointed either way. We also ordered a couple alcoholic drinks. With the brunch, there are a variety available for $8. They weren't bad per se, but they definitely seemed like discount cocktails. My recommendation would be to stick to ordering individual items off the brunch menu. Many were quite tasty. As for the service at this location, I've been several times and it has always been less than impressive. I hope that changes in the future as I'd like to look forward to returning.
