New to the area and was looking for a deli....Despite being surprised by it not being a deli at first lol, I had their pecan, chicken, and strawberry salad and it was delicious and fresh. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. I'll be back for sure.

Great service by Shannon she’s always patient and friendly when I’m ordering.

As a frequent Mcalister’s customer, I was disappointed to learn this past month that electronic tips are not being distributed to the employees. After being told to “press the red X” on the tip screen, I expressed that I would like to tip them because I always tip customer service workers, and the employee essentially told me that it’s okay to skip it because they do not receive the electronic tips.

I’ve tipped numerous times at this location under the assumption that the gratuity is being distributed to the employees, and I feel deceived to learn that this is not the case. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I think they may be sneaking some of the folks from Chipotle over to McAlister's. Ordered double meat on my sandwich and it came out looking decidedly thin. All I could think is if this is double, was normal meat like La Croix fruit? Passed through a room with a slice of turkey for flavor? They were making good sandwiches, now they make "acceptable with a coupon" food.

Service was decent, the food was serviceable. The dining atmosphere was welcoming, lots of lights and plenty of seating. But again the meal was nothing special for the price they charge.

The mac & cheese I ordered as a side and ate in the car 2 minutes later was lukewarm/cold and quite honestly probably one of the worst I've tasted. Perhaps it was a bad batch? I''ve tried McAlister's a few times and overall has been fairly disappointing 😔. Unfortunately I'll be taking this restaurant off my dining options. This location definitely needs to up their game with the quality of the food that comes out of the kitchen.

This deli is a gem! The broccoli cheddar soup is amazing! The service is warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great service and food! It is such a clean and cozy atmosphere! Had a great experience, an employee noticed my sister and I had no drinks, and asked us if we wanted any, without hesitation brought us some!

This is the WORST PLACE IN EXISTENCE, I’ve had multiple problems every time I’ve came here, I’ve tried to give it multiple chances and every time I’m disappointed and what happened today on November 13 2024 was my last straw, the first time I came in here was because my fiancé wanted to give this place and try we came here sometime in August to give it a try, we had placed our order for the curbside pickup and when we arrived we followed the instructions on the email and we waited a bit for our food and after 20 minutes we had still not received our order so we decided to go in and talk to one of the workers when we went in they said they didn’t even have our order and I showed the girl the email receipt thankfully they made our food so I wasn’t that unhappy, the second time we went to give this place a try we went inside and ordered at the register and the girl who took our order asked for my name and I said very clearly my name is ELLY and on the order receipt she had put ELI idk how hard it is to spell a simple name but my name is not Eli. And what happened today was the last straw I do uber eats and I came here to pick up and order there are like 5 women in the front two packing order one girl on register and one not doing anything and one putting the orders on the shelf I’ve picked up from here before for Uber and when the order is ready they have HANDED TO ME, well today when I went in I had showed the name for the Uber eats order to two women at the front so they knew I was waiting for an order and they decided to put it on the shelf instead of handing it to me and I checked the shelf twice to see if the order was on the shelf and it was not, then the girl at the front said they had to remake it because somebody else took my order that I was picking up, then I talked to the guy who is the manager I believe and told him why the two girls that knew I was waiting for an order and showed them the name on my phone, why they didn’t hand it to me and put it on the shelf and I said if they had given it to me there wouldn’t have been a chance for somebody else to take it, he replies with “it’s your responsibility to keep track of your order and pick it up off the shelf” I was very upset after he said that to me because it’s your responsibility to give me the order If I’ve told the workers the name and know that I am waiting for it, Im very done with this place

McAlister‘s food is made with high-quality ingredients and is consistently good. They have an excellent menu and the Choose 2 provides a variety of options. The staff is always very friendly and your order is always ready at the stated time. 10/10 highly recommend!
