Ok. So guess I am not the first to post some complaints about the people working at the McDonald's location. And obviously no person in any type of power position has, is, or will ever do anything about it. I do not go to the location all that often - though usually have never had a problem - food/people were ok. When I went yesterday night - on 10-27-2024 at 9:47PM. - it was a totally different story. The younger man at the drive through completing orders and payments was rude, did not say "please" or "thank you" even when it was said to him. Had a ho hum attitude - you could tell he did not want to work. The woman giving people their food at the next window was nice enough though she was so busy talking to the employee next to her that she was not paying attention to customers and not waiting to verify if they wanted any ketchup/etc. Then when I got to the hamburgers the employees did not put any pickles/onions/ketchup/or mustard on them. Honestly comes across like a lot of lazy jerks who resent having to work. Though since they probably all live with their parents and are not allowed to sit around all day they have to go and work at some type of job. Don't know if that is actually the case. Though it is how it comes across. That they are useless eaters as far as the world of work goes. Hoping they chose to act better.

My kids wanted to try new lemonade when I ordered from self service. Cashier gave four empties cups. He told me get soda but my kids don’t drink soda. He asked move from cashier and wait. After 25 minutes I asked again he refused and kept asking me to wait. My family finished eating and we didn’t get lemonades. I left and promised myself never eat McDonald’s.

Tables are ALWAYS dirty. You need to clean/wipe it down yourself. Napkins aren’t even accessible, you need to get the crew’s attention who are behind the counter to ask for one. That is if they notice you by the way. Crew people aren’t friendly. This branch is the WORST I’ve been to. Whoever owns this branch is definitely cheap.

I ordered a chicken crispy burger they give me not cooked properly(raw) I took it to their counter and they second time again gave the same not well cooked chicken that after I ate got sick immediately. Not recommend this location

Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered curbside pickup specifically so we wouldn’t have to go inside or go through drive through. They refused to give us our meal at our parked number even though they quite literally put our parked number on our bags. After all of that, they forget to give us one of the burgers we ordered.
Asked for bacon and cheese mcgriddle No egg. And got bacon egg mcgriddle No cheese.

Ordered fries without salt and chicken nuggets. They took the fries that already salted and refried it and nuggets were old. Didn’t realized until already left drive thru and couple miles away. The fries were dark, very greasy and rancid taste. Not coming back.
