We were pleasantly surprised with this McDonald's. Customer service is disappearing in many places, but this McDonald's brought me back to better times. I ordered on the kiosk, and my food was fresh and promptly brought to our table by a friendly employee. My kids LOVED the play area. There aren't many indoor play areas left. This one is well done and entertaining enough for a 6 and 9 year old. I liked that they have a separate bathroom by the play area. It's very convenient for parents not to have to haul their kids across the restaurant to the other bathrooms. Someone planned this all out really well. This was our first time visiting this McDonald's, and we will definitely be back again.

Mobile ordered just a cheeseburger cause i wasnt that hungry. Had to wait what seemed like FOREVER. ( how long does it take to make a cheeseburger). but when i got it…,it was pretty mcdonalds yummy. 😋

Curbside order disappeared after placing from the app. Visited the store in person and manager couldn’t explain. Plus, the food was not follow my order instruction. Management was a mess.

Food quality is poor, egg McMuffin buns most of the time are burnt. Check your order before you leave, I had few instances where they charge different for the same item, I brought it to their attention and they were in denial state of mind. there was a lady supervisor who was not client friendly at all :( Also items were missing in the order few times…so just be watchful!

THIS MCDONALDS SUCKS - The lady manager was in a such a bad attitude when I went here during the summer She kicked me out after my 15 mile jog and I asked for water she said no and kicked me out

They gave us the wrong order and then made us re order. They refused to give me a refund and we eventually had to pay more. Service and workers were very rude.
Norma was so good with her service. We only come to this location for her. She has been around for a while and always provided great service for my large breakfast order! Thank you Norma

Guests at the front counter should have just as much priority as people in the drive thru. Stood at the counter for 5 min without being acknowledged. Your kiosks if your going to use them should have paper in them for the receipts. That was the first issue I had, I was trying to pay for my order with cash and the kiosk wouldn't print it so I could take it to pay. Since I was under a time restraint I had to leave without getting food
