If I could rate 0 stars, I would!!! They don’t even have a phone number listed. The service and food is so poor and disgusting that they have disconnected the phone so they don’t have to hear the countless complaints. Once, I found a plastic label sticker cooked into one of my sandwiches. Poor food and poor people. McDonald’s should be ashamed!!! This place needs to be investigated and closed down! Seriously!

Avoid this location. The tables are often dirty and the service is bad. If the drive through is busy the only seem to fill those orders and anyone who comes inside waits 30 minutes or more. That is the very opposite of fast food.

Dude over intercom says “I don’t see order.”

I pull up and show my phone order. Lady steps in at register and says pull up to next window, we’ll get you your food.

Next window, guy says what’s your order? Show him my phone, manager comes in and says I can’t serve you cause it’s not on the screen.

“It’s not about the $6” she says
“Are you out of fries or something?” I reply

No she says, “You order is not on screen”
*shows order on phone,
“We still can’t serve you”

I guess they would rather get a shitty Google review and have everyone else behind me wait rather than just comp the meal and make it right.

Terrible customer service. The employees at the drive-thru were rude and acted like they were angry for no reason. I was polite, but they still responded with attitude and raised their voices. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

The manager there today & one female employee were extremely rude to me! All over a small payment issue but they had no problem slamming my food on the counter!
The manager also gave me a fake/modified recipe.
