It’s awesome. The pizza is thin crust and delicious. The pick your topping station is so much better than other pizza places and the price is very reasonable

I just ordered a pizza via door dash. It tasted stale, hard and there was not even a full layer of cheese. Never again. Ridiculous price for a little pizza!

Great vibe to this place. Ben was extremely friendly and nice and did a great job of serving me today. Toppings tasted very fresh. They also have Boylan soda which you can rarely find around this area. Overall definitely a 10/10, will be coming back.

I have been going to the multiple MOD locations in the DMV and I am a big advocate of the franchise. They always serve great pizza with a large amount of toppings, delicious and at a great price. Unfortunately this is the worst location that I have been at for this chain of restaurants. We moved to this area and this is now our closest location. Every time we go at night there is half of the toppings available. The staff stores away the ingredients as if they are closing for the day literally ONE HOUR or more before closing time. They also serve super small portions of toppings as if it was the last batch of food in earth even if you insist for extra, is very tough to get a decent amount of mozzarella which is basic on a pizza. It’s a struggle to get a real MODs. Funny enough MOD is supposed to be the exact opposite. All in all this location made my wife and I to opt out from MODS being our pizza place. We still respect the chain but not this location. We don’t go anymore.

Another Gimmick franchise. Small personal pies, made to order in "assembly" like style. I wasn't impressed and the quality of the pizza was nothing special akin to a supermarket frozen pizza like Amy's. On a positive note their salad was ok...but why go there for salad.

We've ordered from here 8 times in 9 weeks. We put up with a lot of inconsistent service over the years. We like it bc if you get a well trained employee the food can be very good. Last night was a disaster and I feel cheated. Ordered 3 pizzas, cheese bread and medium size salad. Sent my daughter to pick up order at time it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't started it yet. Walk in customers were getting their food first. Daughter had to wait almost 40 minutes. I finally called restaurant and phone rang over 3 minutes and no one answered. My daughter could hear it ringing the whole time. I had ordered online and had given a generous tip in advance. Pizza was very poorly prepared with bits of wrong ingredients on them and mistakes made on 2 pizzas. They were mostly uneaten bc they just weren't good. The salad had the normal amount of toppings but so little lettuce except for the stems and bad parts that should have been thrown away - I added half a bag of lettuce at home to make a complete salad! Daughter spoke with manager and his excuse was 1 of the employees (3 counting manager) was new. Outrageous experience! After all that there was no discount or any offer of compensation. This MOD has lost some frequent customers. I understand employee turnover but management has to make sure employees are well trained! Current manager doesn't seem like he's trained. Where are the owners????
