Mr. Sushi & Mrs. Roll (Ashburn)

I've never eaten here. I doordash and every time I come in the staff is rude.They don't greet you and when they do they are arrogant and aloof. Maybe their food is good if you dine in. I'll never know because when I'm picking up for my customers they're treating regular customers as if they don't need or want their business. I'll never spend my own money at a place such as this. I hope they fix it soon.

Delicious sushi, interesting and original rolls, beautiful presentation, affordable prices. I don't live super close but I'll go out of my way to add this to my regular rotation!

This place should rank as one of the best Sushi restaurants in the NoVA area. Fresh, tasty, imaginative and consistently high quality ingredients especially special rolls menu.
We usually go to the Lansdowne location (A+++); so this was our first time in the Ashburn location- and it did not disappoint.
Interesting LEGO models peppered around the place !

Worst place to ever visit! They always give late! You should only go if you have lot of patience. I can see only one lady taking orders serving cleaning everything. Worst experience. Never visit again

Food was bland and not fresh. The window blockers make you feel like you entered a creepy basement. Service was better this time, but still not worth the price.

My family and I had a very terrible experience. The female server was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Her tone was condescending and her customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Frankly, she has no business being in the hospitality industry. To make matters worse, the food didn’t make up for the bad service. The sushi was subpar—bland, poorly rolled, and far from fresh. We’ve had better sushi at grocery stores. Save yourself the disappointment—there are plenty of places with better food and staff, who actually know how to deliver great customer service. This place isn’t worth your time, your money, or your energy.

This was my second time dining in this restaurant, and each time one of the female servers was rude to me and my family. The second time was even worse as she was coming at us and leaning towards our face after we confronted her. The staff here make the experience and atmosphere of the restaurant unpleasant.

Ordered Bibimbap,was very far from the original ,the chicken was overcooked to the point it got so hard and dry.Both of my friends did not like their food either.Would not recommend this location,had better experience with one in Lansdowne .

Mr. Sushi and Mrs. Roll is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in the US. They have excellent customer service and are willing and able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. I wish they would open more locations in NOVA!

I have ordered take out here a couple times and like the food but every time end up waiting 30-45 mins longer than the estimated time. Avoid for take out as they are very slow.

I waited 40 minutes for help with my order, but the server was just walking around without assisting us, even though the restaurant was not busy at all.
