Nagoya Sushi Bar and Japanese Steak House

Went here on my 50th birthday back in March 24 2023 with my child. However the lights went out that night while finishing up the great food with my niece and her husband and children. We had a great time.

The soup tasted like pool water, the hibachi and drinks lacked flavor, the drink menu needs revamping, the space is outdated, and I will not be returning.

It was a very nice and clean establishment. It wasn't busy at all, so I really enjoyed the quiet. The food tasted awesome, very seasoned. The side sauces good use some work but that's it. I will most definitely be coming back.

This spot is a family favorite of my husband and his family. I've been here about 10-15 times now and each time we leave happy, well fed and normally with a little snack/to go box with our leftovers. The fried rice is delicious, they cook everything in front of you (of course) and I'm always satisfied. I will say the prices have increased and the meat quality isn't amazing but it's always a good meal.

We used to love going here and always thought we got our moneys worth, but similar to other people’s recent experience, the prices have only gone up and the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Also the server who takes the order just has a bad attitude. We thought that it was a one time thing last time but even at our most recent visit we got the same attitude. The traffic has noticeably gone down for dinner time. Their increase in prices, decrease in food portions and over all service is definitely being felt by the customers. Hopefully they can monitor their reviews and try to do better.

The food was very good, but they have a waitress, I think she's the only one who has a very bad attitude. I'm going to give it 2 stars because the food was very good. I wouldn't go back because of the bad service.

Nagoya is our go to hibachi spot. Recommend coming earlier because it does get busy. We come here for birthdays and anniversaries too. I highly recommend the teriyaki steak. It's SO good!

Great Japanese Steak

Unfortunately, this was the worst hibachi place I've been to. Whatever protein is ordered is mixed with all the flavors of other proteins ? this was my first time visiting after so many people recommending Nagoya. We all ordered chicken/chicken & and shrimp, but the chef mixed the chicken and shrimp with the steak and scallops after. It was an awful taste and completely different way of cooking compared to other hibachi places. The flavors were SO nasty that my chicken tasted SO bad. The other party at our table took one bite of their food and left LOL. I was really hoping to enjoy this place and was completely disappointed. For a family of 4, the total was around $120+, and we didn't even enjoy the food. Had they cooked each protein separately, I would probably say we would have enjoyed it. The hibachi fried rice barely had any veggies and no chicken! Some of my family members ordered the shrimp, but it was given to someone else at the table just because "they wanted it." LOL. Don't bother trying this place. I'm not sure how they get recommended because the flavors/taste is not there.
