The food went from passable to mom packing you lunch at 3am. The bakerys options are 1/3rd of what it used to be. Go to mccalisters instead or Paris bakery.

We stop at a lot of Paneras while we travel. Often the toppings are just thrown on a sandwich or my salad has minute amounts of chicken. The Panera manager had everyone working smoothly and food was prepared well. He did a great job! Thank you!

Panera Ashburn is great compared to other locations. Place is clean and near. Staff are super friendly especially Nick and food was good too. I have been to other Panera locations but this one stands out among those.
Their cookies are good too 👍.

Nick is BOMB!!! in my book! He was very friendly patient and seems to be happy person all around!! Great energy I had a hard time picking out what I wanted. Nick provided some options which usually does not happen. He is what you call customer service!! My experience with Nick at this location was AWESOME!!! great guy!!

The door was broken, my sandwich cost me like 7 dollars and there was like no toppings on it. It took like five minutes to get any help and she said they just put a “pinch” of lettuce. The food should not cost so much if there’s nothing really in there. She didn’t offer to put more meat or anything, I had to ask for more lettuce. I paid almost $18 for bread, a side of meat, a pinch of lettuce. There was tea in a pitcher just sitting out in the main drink area, which anyone could have coughed on or put something in. I’ve never had such a bad experience and gotten so little for my money. Pretty much every type of bagel and treat are out of stock. There were 3 entire items. I was offered 50% off a pastry/bakery item and couldn’t even use it because it wasn’t anything even decent. I’m tired of big companies preying on people by taking their money and giving them nothing

Ordered a dozen of sliced bagel from Panera Bread in Broadlands, VA. They sliced the bagels extremely bad. One side extremely thick and the other side extremely thin. My guests had hard time eating it this way I will never order Bagel from them again.
