I came to pick up a DoorDash order the pizza was out of the oven this guy told me I have to wait for him to clean after he’s done cleaning he’s gonna put the pizza in the box he kept telling to hush and was being disrespectful and kicked me out of the store I have pictures and videos of everything

Done with this place. Order 2 things and 1 is always wrong. Ordered Shaq pizza with added sausage. Charged for sausage.

Incompetent call center takes the call and sends it to the “appropriate” store, where they 3rd party it to some DoorDash and here I am with no pizza! Useless! Never calling this place again!

This location and manager need to go. The website is screwed up, too. Used to love Papa John's. I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this location. Be aware that if you select bacon on the website, it changes to Anchovies. I'm normally a 5 star rater. That's how bad this pizza and manager are. Fix your website Papa John's, or don't.

I’m sitting in the store currently because for the 2nd time in 2 months there has been a mistake (first time they forgot a pizza - this time someone gave our order to someone else). So now I’m waiting 20 minutes past when my order was due and I have been given nothing. No manager apology no coupon or something to make up for it. Just waste of my time. Ill

Today I got a garlic crust cheese pizza, I extra crust filling area was way too salty. I was not able enjoy the pizza. Never had this experience before at different locations.

Wrong order delivered. When I called to let the store know, they were incredibly rude and hung up in me. This store needs to be shut down. It is a disgrace to the brand.

This Papa Johns staff is the worst. They will tell you it will be delivered in 25-35 minutes, then an hour and a half later when the delivery doesn’t come and you try to cancel the order, they hang up on you. Avoid this place unless you love being jerked around and treated like your business does not matter. update: Our food was finally delivered about an hour and a half after promised time, and it was cold pizza and the kids are now violently sick from eating whatever the papa John’s delivery guy brought us

Shameful. Place ran by uneducated teenagers. Funny how I ordered square cut and my pizza was in triangles. What’s even funnier is that when I was paying there was an issue with their old outdated card machine. I asked the cashier for help and he pressed a random button and then asked me to pay. I noticed the total was off but I thought it was taxes until I saw my receipt and saw that he decided to tip himself. I asked him about it and he said “ you don’t have to tip us” I replied “ well.. you already tipped yourself” he then said “is that okay?” … Are you serious? How desperate do you teenagers need to be to tip yourself on a customers card..
