Always happy with my food from here
Pizza had a strong eggy smell. Will not reorder.
They missed one part of the order and made me wait for 25 mins during pickup without any regards to kid I had in car on a hot day.

I’m convinced Papa John’s is still some of the best pizza I’ve had. Everyone we go to a pizza place it’s “oh, but this isn’t as good as papa john’s”. I don’t know why we even bother at this point
Between the two papa johns in ashburn, this one is the better one by a wide margin. They used to be fairly equal, but changes in management and staff at the other location have caused a significant decline in quality of service.
I just watched this man shoot snot out his nose with his snow gloves on holding the delivery bag 🤮.
Skip this location. The photo included in this review is a great example of what you’ll get. This location constantly delivers orders with missing items and poor quality food.
Hot fresh pizza!
As I live less than 5 minutes away from this location, I order a decent amount of pizza from here. I ordered the large 1 topping special on the app. I showed up right at the time it said it was done, and there a couple ladies and 1 gentleman waiting for orders, both of which seemed to had been messed up. I must have been there between 5-10 minutes just sitting there with 6 employees working in the store, with a 7th at the delivery driver who got there shortly after I did. During the time I was there, not one single employee acknowledged that I was even in the store at all. I finally spoke up, and the person at the computer told me to wait, without even looking up mind you. I then got my pizza ,which was ready and left. I have no complaints about the pizza itself. But when you have that many people working in a store, and not one of them can even say hi, we'll be with you in a few mintues is just awful customer service. It is also not the first time something similar has happened at this location. Despite being so close, it might be time to find a new location to visit. Being ignored by 7 employees is disgraceful and unacceptable.

Incompetent call center takes the call and sends it to the “appropriate” store, where they 3rd party it to some DoorDash and here I am with no pizza! Useless! Never calling this place again!

Most recent order from here came with an absolute paucity of cheese on two of the three pizzas. Crust was a little different too but unsure of exactly what changed. One of the pizzas was great, so they had a 33% hit rate.
They charge 2-3 times what other delivery companies do, and can't even deliver a slightly better product.

Worst Papa John’s I’ve been to. Honestly I love papa John’s. I ordered through the app for 3 XL NY Style Pizzas for pick up at 1100. I arrived at 1115 to pick them up, granted I was a little late, but the pizza wasn’t even made. The cashier was like “I dont know what you want me to do”. I was already charged a hefty amount for the pies but she gave me no solution as to how I can get the pizza made. She wanted me to re order them and make another payment. But didn’t tell me if I was going to be guaranteed a refund for my original order. And I ordered these pizza pies in advance through the app because it was for an event. After about 10 mins of going back and forth, one of the other employees finally stepped in and made the 3 pizzas. If I show a confirmation to the order to the correct location on my app, why weren’t we being helped better. Also, I asked for a compensation but was ignored. And one of the delivery drivers had a cigarette in his hand when in the back of the kitchen. If I could I would take my Tip back but it was already given through the app.

Ordered pizzas for a work event to feed more than 100 people. Scheduled delivery, ordered days in advance. 15 minutes past delivery, they hadn't arrived, so we called to get an update. They shared that they were in progress and had lost power and working on the order. The pizza arrived, but it was almost an hour past the time we had scheduled. Had there been proactive communication, we could have rearranged the event to accomodate for the late arrival. Since there wasn't any communication, many people didn't get to eat. Additionally, about 5 of the pizzas were tipped over during delivery, so they were difficult to eat.

Ordered an online large pizza around 7pm in the night and was expecting the delivery as mention by the site around 8 pm . To our surprise till 8.30 there was no delivery we called the shop manager he said your order on the way will reach in 5 mins. The time passed till 9 when I called again the manager confirms the order was drop off and dunno contact of the person delivered in their system and to pay the money back. When a store unable to trace the order or no clue of the person who is delivering from their store.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CESSPOOL, THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS PLACE ARE SO CLUELESS THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN GET A ONE PIZZA ORDER RIGHT. I WAS SO DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE, FOUR ARROGANT DUMMIES MESSED UP MY ORDER AND MADE ME WAIT AROUND FOR 3O MINUTES WHILE THEY GIVE OTHER CUSTOMERS THEIR PIZZAS. DO NOT COME HERE, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH DESCEND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
