OMG! Why is this place open? Who makes a sandwich like this, packs it up and delivers it like this is any kind of quality? Like what the hell?! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE. I was so mad to see this. Absolutely out of pocket! My suggestion, get new workers and new management because who ever is working there doesn’t care to do their job.

Late delivery, cheese sticks where folded in half on one side and cut like a square pizza. Pizza was cold and not cooked all the way, lots of unmelted cheese. Bottom crust was so thin all the topping would side off when picking it up! Waste of money. Would not order from here again!

I ordered from this papa johns location today. According to their app, the pizza was made and sat there for 35 minutes before being picked up. I would order from a different location or a different franchise. Cold pizza from this Papa Johns is not worth waiting or paying for. It was barely warm and looked like it was cut by someone who did not care about his work. The taste was off and not up to standard. I like papa johns pizza and this is worse than store bought pizza. Tried to call them and they just out me on hold. No integrity, no service equals no future business

Avoid this papa John's at all cost. Worst ever experience i ever had with papa John's. Picked up the pizza and portion of the crust is missing.no proper toppings,not properly baked, some weird smell over the pizza.

The worst Papa John's experience ever. I figured that I would give them another try, since nothing is ever perfect consistently. This is the second time I've ordered from them and it was NOT good. They left the pizzas on the porch again (it doesn't take me a long time to run down two flights of steps, but yet they can't seem to do a proper hand-off). They also left a topping off one of the pizzas. The pizzas look like s 5 year old made them (not fully covered with cheese or toppings) with an excessive amount of crust, which is abnormal. Avoid this location. They do not know how to prepare pizzas properly, nor deliver them in an appropriate manner. Totally not worth the money.

Ordered delivery. Asked for no olives and to add a garlic stuffed crust..... ...it came with olives (all in mostly one spot) and with regular crust.
Avoid. Can't even read an online order right.

From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and energy of the team — especially Muzo and JJ. They set a new standard for customer service and teamwork.
Muzo, the manager, runs the store like a well-oiled machine — efficient, organized, and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his crew. He personally checked in on my order, made sure everything was perfect, and showed true leadership by helping both staff and customers with patience and respect.
JJ deserves huge recognition as well — his attitude was upbeat, courteous, and genuine the entire time. He treated every customer like a regular and clearly takes pride in making people feel appreciated.
The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right, but what really stood out was the atmosphere — positive, fast-paced, and clearly led by a manager who cares. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience deserved one.
If every location operated with the same level of care, consistency, and customer focus that Muzo and JJ bring, Papa John’s would have loyal fans for life. Thank you both for the 5-star service — you’ve earned a customer for good!

The pizza was okay — not the best, but not bad either. The crust and toppings were decent, though the flavor could be improved. It was a fair meal for the price, but nothing really stood out. Overall, an average experience.
Pizza had a strong eggy smell. Will not reorder. They missed one part of the order and made me wait for 25 mins during pickup without any regards to kid I had in car on a hot day.

I’m convinced Papa John’s is still some of the best pizza I’ve had. Everyone we go to a pizza place it’s “oh, but this isn’t as good as papa john’s”. I don’t know why we even bother at this point

Between the two papa johns in ashburn, this one is the better one by a wide margin. They used to be fairly equal, but changes in management and staff at the other location have caused a significant decline in quality of service.
