Do NOT call Papa John's. They claim to have a phone service that takes orders. They debited money an then had no record of my order. Now I'm fighting to get my money back. Absolutely horrid service.

They did not bring me my full order...they were missing two items...this is the second time this has happened to me at this store in the last two months...i called them on the phone...the phone rang and rang and rang and rang...NO ANSWER! This place has literally stolen $$$ from me, and won't answer their damn phone.

Can't even call it pizza. Received a pizza with NO CHEESE. Only sauce. I called the manager who did not believe me so I had to send photos for proof. Absolutely foul, inedible food coupled with extremely rude management. Zero stars if I could.

The pizza was handed over by an employee who was smoking right outside the building and didn't even bother to wash his hands before heading to the kitchen and handing over the pizza.. Horrible experience!! Please don't order from this place.

We showed up very late and there was just one employee i in the building thought he would be cool because he had a septum ring he let me order even though I could tell he just wanted to go home but he took my oder and made the pizza super quick and served it to me with a smile if that isn't customer service idk what is he definitely deserves a raise coming from a high profile cooking background I know what it's like to serve good food despite your own personal feelings give him a raise

so unsure of who i just talked to at this location, but we received the wrong order and attempted to make it right. as we're muslim so we can't eat the pepperoni pizza that was delivered. the manager's line hung up on us at least 5 times, the order phone line said they couldn't help up and directed us back to the manager. finally got ahold of him for him to pick up and yell at me "i'm not picking up, i don't care, i got orders and one driver screw off." like dude i get it, it's busy, but you don't talk to your customers that way, you definitely don't yell. like we're hungry and just want dinner, it takes two minutes to put in another order for a veggie pizza. you big mean jerk. ?

They like to give muslim families pepperoni pizzas and then tell them to “screw off” when they try to get the situation resolved. Unprofessional attitude along with terrible service. The manager needs to be replaced ASAP.

This Papa Johns that serves Ashburn is awful. The scammers taking your order will say 30 min but plan for cold pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. And if you call to cancel, when you finally get through they hang up on you repeatedly. Papa John’s is the Worst managed pizza place!

Order was promised 30-40 mins. After getting through and explaining that it was already over an hour and 15 mins and explaining I have hungry kids the guy on the phone said he didn’t know where I was coming from and hung up on me. Completely uncalled for and a lost customer in Ashburn. Waste of time business. Will not order anymore
