I came in this morning to get a pumpkin pie latte sounded amazing! I ordered it with almond milk and whip cream. The first barista made it with whole milk even though I ordered almond milk. They didn’t seem to want to remake my order and tried to make it in the same cup. Another employee came out and made my coffee correctly but when I took the first sip it tasted like sour almond milk. I stirred it some more and re tasted it and still tasted like sour milk. Didn’t even get to enjoy it and wasn’t pleased with my experience at this location.

Every time I show up here to order something they always say “oh we are out of that” or “oh we don’t have anymore of those.” Even when it’s clearly a slow day. It’s happened more than a dozen times now. I stopped coming back. If you can’t keep your shelves stocked, then don’t sell the item.

I ordered a matcha here and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It was way too sweet and didn’t taste like matcha at all — more like a sugary milk drink. If you’re looking for real matcha flavor, this is definitely not the place.
