I ordered a matcha here and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It was way too sweet and didn’t taste like matcha at all — more like a sugary milk drink. If you’re looking for real matcha flavor, this is definitely not the place.
This bakery has everything you want: a warm, inviting ambiance, an impressive variety of choices, and pastries that are truly delicious. Every item is made with care, but the crab stick croquettes are my personal favorite — crisp, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s a place that combines comfort with quality, and every visit feels like a treat.
The service is super inconsistent. There are some truly lovely people working there, but there are also some who visibly hate their job and dealing with customers. The area isn’t great for customers either, there are a lot of snotty people in the neighborhood, so in some respect I can understand being tired of dealing with high maintenance people, BUT I really try to go out of my way to be kind and tip because the customers can be jerks even to each other. It is really frustrating...
