Parrandos is one of our favorite restaurants in Ashburn. Top notch food with reasonable prices. Tonight we both had the steak chimichangas, meat was perfectly cooked and tender. Harold was our server, he did such an amazing job!

I recently visited Parrando’s Tex-Mex Grill in Ashburn and tried a few dishes including steak and seafood and I was very impressed. The food was flavorful and well-prepared: the steak was cooked to perfection and the seafood was fresh and delicious. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, great for a casual meal or a night out. Service was attentive, and overall I had a very enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely recommend Parrando’s to friends looking for good Tex-Mex with solid steak and seafood options.

This is my 'go to' Mexican restaurant. Hands down better than any other Mexican restaurant around. The food selection is GREAT and everything I've tried has been excellent. The margarites are a little pricy, but they are GOOD. I sit at the bar mostly to eat, and drink, and the bar staff are very friendly and accommodating. In the summer they have outdoor seating on two sides of the restaurant.

Food was good; but the service left much on the table to be improved. From not receiving Silverware/Napkins until I got halfway through my Appetizer, to staff standing around talking consistently and more... Perhaps; I just got them on a off day or something, but this was not a good experience and likely will not return in the future due to this experience.

We had the most incredible date night. Harold, our waiter, greeted us with a warm smile, and was so positive and cheerful. He made us feel like family. My husband loved the fish tacos, and I enjoyed the chicken quesadillas. The avocado dip was remarkable, and everything was so fresh! The food came out super fast. The frozen margaritas were strong and delicious. Wow, flavor bomb in your mouth! We were both impressed, so we stayed for dessert, and enjoyed the churros, and sponge cake. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We can’t wait to return, and bring family next time. Congrats to this team of hard working people, who put their heart into it. Thank you Parrandos for such a lovely evening!!

We went there last night to celebrate an occasion. Arrived early, happy hour timeframe. Beautiful place. The food was amazing. We ordered the trio dip and ceviche to start. Outstanding. Their chips and salsa are great. Their tortillas are freshly made. We also had steak fajitas, a taco salad, and a burrito for our main courses. So much food, generous portions! Let's talk about their margaritas. They're really, really good and appropriately strong (meaning not watered down). They even garnished them with an infused frozen lemon. Delicious. Absolutely recommend. When we were leaving, the place had really filled up. Although it's huge, there are probably some nights where you'll need a reservation. Great experience. I can't remember our waiter's name, but he was OUTSTANDING and friendly - he made us feel so welcome. We were a three-top in the bar by the window on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025. Really nice guy - he was also a bartender and they have a full, beautiful bar. We'll be back.

When I came in a Friday night it was very busy but a smooth operation, the street tacos were good and I loved the chips and salsa that came before the meal. Would highly recommend if you want a nice Mexican restaurant

Fantastic Margie's. Had queso. They have a fresh tortillo maker. I swear you would be fine with those and the salsa but then you you would miss the yummy fajitas.

Finally found a good Latin restaurant. It’s crazy that we couldn’t find a Mexican restaurant that could make a decent steak quesadilla. Not only is the food great, the service and atmosphere are great as well. This is definitely my go to spot from now on.
