Every time we’re in town (we live in Seattle), we always make a stop at Passion Fin because it never disappoints. The hibachi chicken is consistently delicious, the sushi is fresh, the chicken katsu is perfectly crispy, and the pad Thai is full of great flavor. We also love their tasty cocktails and refreshing Thai iced tea. The food is reliable, the drinks are great, and the service is always friendly. Passion Fin truly delivers every time.
The food was fine. I have it as an overall 4 because the soup came out warm, not hot, and the sushi was a little warm and I prefer mine cold with the fish having a firmer feel.
The restaurant was clean and inviting. Our server was very nice... they were just understaffed so we waited a little while for drink refills.
I would go back... just order different items.

The best! They get their salmon fresh everyday and you can tell. Watch the sushi chefs - 6 guys behind the bar working constantly when they are busy. All of their food tastes so fresh and tasty. And their cocktails are delicious! Staff is generally super fast. I eat a lot of sushi and this is by far my favorite place!
