I recently visited Patel Brother Restaurant and found the food to be just okay. The flavors were decent but nothing really stood out. Some dishes lacked seasoning and freshness, while others were a bit oily. The portion sizes were fair for the price, and the service was polite but a bit slow.
The place itself was clean and had a nice, casual atmosphere — good for a quick meal but not something I’d go out of my way for. Overall, it’s an average dining experience — not bad, but not memorable either.

We visited this place with our guests and ordered various fresh bakery items. We were thrilled to see dabeli on the menu, but when we got home and checked the packaging, the entire dabeli package was missing, which was upsetting, and it was charged on our bill. Moreover, the gulab jamoon had dirt inside it.

Bad customer service. Even you eturn .5 cebt item, they will argue with you saying it's their brand swad and it's good.
When you meet manager next day or so, he will come to you to harrass you saying it was a good product sbd sold to someone else.
This patel lie to the eople saying he is a owner. He is not. Anything you say, they ill argue either you. That eans customers are always wrong no matter. They cannot digest even $1 item to vecreturn to them simply they every Patel store items are the best.
I called to speak to same so called manager, owner, woman picked up phobe saying why I like to speak to male manager and what is this about? Then she cursed me saying Bit* if you wants to speak to him, you should come to the store.
I am filing complaint to Consumer Affairs.

Just wanted to say that we had an awesome experience yesterday on Dhanteras. The store was packed rather beyond full but customer service was excellent. So much staff working and all of them were super helpful. They gave box of mithai to each and every customer which is a great gesture.
Every small thing was available for Diwali.
