Terrible service, the staff was just chit chatting and not at all busy. Ordered a Cap and iced brew, the cap was served and they completely forgot about the iced brew. Furthermore, upon inquiring they got me the iced brew but did not prepare as asked for clearly out of not caring about the service. Also, I will be making a complaint on them as the food was uncovered and there were flies all over their Croissants and Muffins and fruit flies on other food items probably due to no hygiene being cared for and just be on the job to chit chat and laugh. I am not against a happy workplace environment but you can’t miss out on the basics of the job you are on!

**Terrible Service at Peet’s Coffee, Brambleton**
I had a really bad experience at Peet’s Coffee today. I placed my order, sat right in front of the cashier, and waited 10 minutes for my drink. When I asked the waitress about it, she rudely told me my payment didn’t go through and acted like it was my fault for not noticing. I was sitting there the whole time, and she could’ve just told me! Instead, she blamed me and spoke to me rudely again. This is no way to treat customers. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a medium latte in the drive thru. When I got back to work and tried my drink once it cooled down what I received was a coffee with what tasted like 2% milk and artificial sweetener. I was charged for the coffee price but it was still wasted money because the drink I received was garbage and obviously not my preference. Staff is always friendly but I've had issues with correct orders at this location before.

The iced lattes here are excellent, giving minus 1 star due to only using single use plastics to serve. At least they are able to serve you if you bring your own containers which make it worth visiting still.

I've been a regular at Peet's Coffee in Ashburn for a while, mainly for their frappes, which I personally love. On my last visit, I decided to try a pastry, but unfortunately, it didn't seem very fresh, which was a bit disappointing. Another recurring issue I've noticed is with the Peet's app; it doesn't always work properly, and even the employees seem to struggle with it, which can be quite confusing. Despite these hiccups, the coffee itself usually hits the mark, and the staff generally tries to be helpful and accommodating. It’s a cozy spot for a coffee break, though there's definitely room for improvement in consistency and digital user experience.
