Persis Biryani Indian Grill - Permanently Closed

It was my first time tonight and I’ll be back soon. I asked the person on the phone to recommend 2 best biryanis and an appetizer.Great food, tasted like it was made at home (in a good way)Glad I skipped the other usual go-to biryani spots and gave Dwaraka’s a shot.Just keep doing what you’re doing. Consistency is a rarity these days.

Yummy food , excellent service .ordered mutton curry and chicken biryani - both were very tasty . Special shout-out to the hostess for excellent service !!!

I was misled by Google maps to Persis Biryani Grill when I went in search of Rasa Haveli. We decided to give it a try even though the menu was mostly non vegetarian and our palate of choice being vegetarian. The hostess was extremely nice and took excellent care with suggestions and service. I dinged half a star for the ambience which was dark without enough light, but compensated with nice art. The Navaratna korma we ordered was good, but I would call it Dasratna korma as the chef had included excess oil as an additional ingredient of choice. The pulav was out of the world along with the raita while the garlic naan was definitely yummy coming fresh off the tandoor. I intend to go back again to try the biryani.

Take out dinner food portions have drastically decreased during past year and now I’d consider the portion small lunch size at best. Not good when you’re ordering dinner and paying dinner price. Food is great hence this is disappointing.

These guys are great! Ordered a paneer biryani and had it come out super quickly. The quality excellent. The paneer had a great texture and was very flavorful. No complaints. The portioning was very generous, too-- this one dish easily could've covered my lunch and dinner needs.Word of warning though-- they don't kid around with the spices. The peppers really burn! They'll make sure to ask you about what level of spiciness you prefer though, so it's not an issue at all.

Tried malabar chicken biryani and pulavs. Completely new taste and liked their appetizers too. very friendly staff and nice ambience. Best place for evening family gatherings.

I ordered Andrea chicken biryani and rice was half cooked. If you are a Hyderabadi, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I wish they could hire some experienced chef.

Not professional people. two times I went to restaurant to have food for the first time I got there at 1:30 PM they said we are closed for the second time I went there to have dinner around 6 pm with my family they said we don’t have dining. Never go there.

World Best biryani in ashburn area don’t miss the Asian spicy with lots of verities biryanis thanks to new management with updated menus highly recommended.

I ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Biryani (Boneless) to go and both of them were really good. Excellent food.

Ordered chicken 65 and mutton dum biryani today. Food is delicious and authentic.
