Great banh mi chicken sandwich

I don't know if I've ever had Vietnamese food before, (therefore I am not an expert), but this was AWESOME. I loved the Sha-king beef and my family enjoyed a couple kinds of pho soup with brisket and pork. The flavors were great, the portions were good and the proportions were also perfect.

I think under the new ownership, So delicious and fresh, clean, authentic, aromatic pho. Everyone is kind and service great. Great experience of Dine- in eating, food was satisfied. I ate combination pho, portion was pretty good (tummy full!) and real pho broth. Definitely Will visit again !

I am thankful to have Pho out this far west of the city. I read many of the one star reviews and I’m here to tell you I have not experienced any of those issues. I occasionally dine in, but mostly it’s take out for me. The Pho is always prepared well and the meat is good quality. All of the garnish I expect are there and very fresh. I am not expecting a 5 star dining experience, I am expecting Pho, served quickly and abruptly as it should be, and it’s always been great. If you want Pho, you will not be dissapointed here.

Usually order via Uber Eats - noodles and beef packed nicely with plastic bowls and not in a Styrofoam container. Soup is in the general plastic soup container. Plenty of noodles. Meatball count is inconsistent, but i can let that slide.

I feel a little misled. This is not the same Pholicious that it used to be! It is now under different management and called Saigon Cuisine. I am not sure when this change happened. We exclusively got take out or delivery from Pholicious over the years. The inside has really improved and it feels like more of a place you could dine in. The gentleman who took my order over the phone was nice, but I don’t really recall him saying the new restaurant name.The food wasn’t bad, but the egg rolls didn’t have that bubbly crispy texture that I loved. It seemed like the egg roll sauce was similar if not the same. The beef pho meat was a little too underdone for me, but that’s partially my fault. We live about 20 minutes away so the broth wasn’t as hot as it could be to heat the meat through.. so the meat was very chewy. Pho packaging was clean and didn’t leak. I would be willing to try them again, but just a little disappointed it wasn’t what I was originally expecting.

The host here was rude. I came in to eat and she was annoyed when I said I would dine-in. After asking if it was ok to sit where I had chosen, she had an annoyed look on her face and rudely said, “yeah, just sit anywhere.” Sad because I was really hoping to try their food. Never coming here again.
