I ordered Pizza Hut from this location via their app and used a 25% coupon that the app offered me. I was happy to get a deal! Anyway, I placed the order and I waited for my pizza. 30 minutes go by and the store calls me. They tell me I have a balance due of $11 and they’re not going to release my order until I paid. I tell them that doesn’t make sense since the app wouldn’t have allowed me to place an order with a balance due. She was extremely rude and condescending. Her attitude acted like I intentionally shorted them $11. The funny thing is that’s how much the coupon was. It’s not like I can choose how much I’m paying the app…the app charges what is due. She told me she didn’t know why there was a balance, but she couldn’t let my pizza go without being paid. The amount that she told me was $41 but my bank definitely got charged $50 so that doesn’t add up either. She told me to send a screenshot of my bank statement and that’s when I lost it and demanded a refund. Now I don’t have pizza and I’m out $50…I told her I wanted a full refund of what they charged me…the $50. We shall see if there’s a disconnect with the amount they claim I was undercharged.
I cannot believe the rudeness of this person and the blame put on me when it was clearly a technical issue on their end. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut many times, but this issue caused me to look at another company for tonight’s delivery.

I recently ordered from this pizza place online, and unfortunately, my order was incomplete. When I called to report this, a woman answered the phone and was extremely rude. She then hung up on me. I called back, and the person who answered claimed to be the manager, but they said there was nothing they could do about it. This store is definitely not a good place to order from, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I had guests over that night, and this mistake ruined the experience.
Online ordering was showing 15 minutes for carry out pizza. Once placing the order, the time then jumped to 35 minutes. Upon arriving to the store, my order was lost and I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I cancelled and left. Incredibly disappointing service all around.

This store service doesn’t receive any star. If there was option to give -1000, I would have given that. It’s been 5 years I came to USA, I never encountered such rude poor customer service. Actually I didn’t experience this in my entire life. I don’t know how can they hire such unmannered people. They delivered to a wrong address, I never received the pizza. I called them, the lady says you can come and pick the pizza, there is nothing we can do. I said ma’am, I paid delivery service so that I don’t have to pick up. She hang up on me, without saying anything. Then after calling several times, she picked up. I asked her why she hang up on me, and i told her to talk to the dasher.. she says the dasher said it is delivered and we can’t do anything. I said there should be some solution. I paid 20 dollar. I asked her what is your name? She hang up on me again? If the authority monitors the call recording, they will also see I was not even rude to her, so why should she hang up on me two times? Omg most disrespectful person! I ordered at 9:38 and contacted them at 10:43 at night on 29/11/2024

Good food! Loved the customer service
The manager is so rude and said very disrespectful things to me. I ordered $60 worth of pizza on the app and when they gave me the food it looked completely different. They wouldn’t not fix it because it’s “a waste of money” according to the manager. I’m never going back. Very disappointed.

I submitted my order Sunday afternoon through the Pizza Hut app. Once I arrived, I couldn't click on the "I'm Here" button because it wasn't available. I also refreshed and called the phone number provided. A gentleman answered and told me he'd "send me to the local store". The phone just rang without anyone answering. I had to go in to pick up and order I'd prefer to have brought to my vehicle (similar to other Pizza Hut locations) due to COVID. Upon getting home, the dry rub wings were done horribly. I took a picture of how poorly done they were. Concentrated powder on only a couple wings is unacceptable.

I ordered one large pan chicken pizza from this location this evening…. Can’t believe how bad it tasted ??
Unbelievably horrible tasting pizza hut pizza !! One thing is for sure , I am not going to waste my money at this location anymore ??. Please don’t order at this location if you want good tasting pizza , it’s a small store in a plaza and it was totally empty with no customers! Very unusual for Pizza Hut though??

Ordered a pizza which was wasn’t cut properly. First of all I received my pizza late because my first pizza was messed up. So they did the second pizza in a hurry. When I called back to inform them of this the girl who answered hung up the phone on me after refusing to take responsibility for the mistakeshe was extremely rude. I called back again and she answered and hung up the phone without even answering. So I went back to Pizza Hut and asked why was she so rude to me on the phone and I did take the pizza back as well. She refused to answer and told me she is refunding my order and to never return. I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for 20 years and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable rude and disrespectful. She refused to give me her name when all I asked her was why did you hang up with phone on me and are being so disrespectful I missed the presidential debate due to this issue and it has really been bothering me how can an employee treat an customer in such a manner. I have this entire event recorded on my phone as well. I felt like I was disrespected and discriminated against. I am so frustrated right now. I agree with other reviews that customers order and food is not being served properly. The employees seemed careless not professional.
Update: I contacted the e-mail and they said someone would be reaching out and no one responded after I emailed again to see what was going on. Not sure if I would trust doing business here as they do not follow through with customer service.
I ordered delivery and the pizza driver literally hit my patio and destroyed part of my bricks. I had to wait for police to come and my food was cold.

My pizza had about 6 full toppings but all of them came as half toppings.
My pizza was also not cut properly.
If a topping or two was forgotten or not cut properly I would understand that mistakes can be made but when not a single topping was missing, I knew it was intentional.
The employee also did not say a word when I went to pick up the order. (I also tipped 10% for the carryout)
I know its just a pizza at the end of the day, but I have lost all my trust.
Who knows if he threw the dough on the floor or washed it in the toilet water.
I wouldn't know but what I know is they are messing around with peoples food there so I won't be taking any chance in the future.
