I hardly ever order pizza hut but i decided to give it a try yesterday and two out of the four pizzas I ordered was wrong

They charged me too much money. I picked up the pizza myself. The pizza was good, but it was too expensive.

After a mistake in their order, my sister-in-law was told by Jill that she would give her a free medium pizza next time. Unfortunately, when she tried to call for the comped pizza while I was in town, I witnessed the employee getting so nasty and rude. And not only her nasty attitude, she HUNG UP on my sister-in-law while she was trying to explain the situation. This isn't even the first issue with this particular location. This was such a bad experience with Pizza Hut that I won't be visiting my local Pizza Hut again in a different city. What a nasty, nasty group of employees, although my sister-in-law is extremely gracious and said that several employees are kind while the others are extremely rude. AVOID THIS PLACE, GO TO CAESARS OR YOUR LOCAL PIZZA JOINT. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

This one is to go only, but the pizza is good, I don't like that Pizza Hut don't provide Parmesan/crushed pepper for free anymore.. They only sell it.. But well so far we are satisfied with the pizza.

We came to look for it and my children were left hungry.We order online and the system crashes therefore you cannot see the orderThen we tell him that there is no problem taking our order at the moment that we have no problem waiting and he cannot take our order either because he has no system. Very bad for this business. What I can tell you is that if you are not prepared To use technology, it is better not to use it because you lose money and upset customers.

Good pizza hut location. I have been coming here for all of my life and the staff has always been lovely. I've even had a couple of friends who worked there in high-school and had nothing but good things to say about it
Aside from not enough sauce for the amount of pizza I bought, it was good.

Terrrrrrrible. Undercooked bread sticks, tiniest wings ever and they didn't sauce them. Pizza was hot and looked good but tasted like a microwave salty pizza not like pizza hut used to. Will never ever order there again, we threw away 90% of the order after paying 50 bucks because it was so gross. EDIT: Pic of me throwing this mess in the trash. We ate 2 slices, 1/2 a breadstick, and 1 chicken nugget total before we stopped trying to trick ourselves that this tasted anywhere near good. The rest of the pizza is under this mess.

They rushed, did not read our order correctly and the pizza was made wrong. We requested curbside delivery and still had to go in and pick it up.

Tried the new extra large big slice ? and was disappointed. Not a fan, the flavor was blah, too much grease for me. It's a 2 out of 10 for me ...
