My chicken was not done. It was rubbery and nasty. The person taking the orders acts as if she never understands you. Then laughs at the window. Very unprofessional and childish behavior around food. I’ll never eat there again. I thought the area would bring a different atmosphere, but the same trash different place.

recently visited Popeyes and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the wait time. I placed an order for three items, and while everything started off fine, the situation quickly became frustrating.

We were initially told there would be about a 5-minute wait for 5 chicken tenders, which we agreed to. We ordered the rest of our food to eat there, expecting everything to come out around the same time. However, the wait kept getting longer—what was supposed to be 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes.

The employee who helped us was very kind and even apologized, explaining that there were issues in the kitchen and that one of the staff members was holding things up. While I appreciate her honesty and attitude, that doesn’t change the fact that the overall service was poor when it came to timing.

Waiting that long for something as simple as chicken tenders is not acceptable. The staff really needs to take their responsibilities more seriously to avoid situations like this.

Because of this experience, I don’t see myself returning. The delay in service was simply too much.

One of the better Popeyes locations in Northern Virginia. Food was fresh and very enjoyable. Staff was courteous and the facilities were clean. It’s worth driving to this location instead of Leesburg or Sterling

While the food was hot and fresh, I find it ludicrous that with a 5 piece tender meal I had to fight to get more than 1 tiny blackened ranch. The amount of tartar sauce for seafood meals is also laughable. Why are we being stingy with sauce?

I ordered a chicken sandwhich and fries and they forgot my fries. I don't have time to go back and get refunded, I am too busy. I was basically just robbed, the fries were $4. I won't be going back and giving this place my business.

The staff had difficulty understanding and communicating in English, which led to confusion and my order being messed up twice.

They did not get the order right and did not seem to have a working knowledge of the English language. The credit card machine was broken or something and we sat at the window for an extra 8 minutes waiting for our card back. Once they finally processed payment and returned the card, no apology or explanation. Despite getting the order wrong, the food was very tasty, but unfortunately, I am feeling nauseous after eating it and question if the food was handled properly.
