Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes was one of my favorite fried chicken restaurants, but this stores service was horrible. We ordered on the app at around 11:50, and the app said the food would be ready at 11:55. At 12 we asked if our food was ready and the guy working there said the food would be done in 2 minutes. After another 10 minutes we asked again, they said to wait five more minutes, so we did. After another 10 minutes we asked again and said we would leave if they didn’t serve us. Finally in another few minutes, the food was finally served. In the meal, they were missing spoons, napkins, a soda cup, and sauces. Absolutely horrendous. The food was not bad though.

They get pissed off when they see a customer walking into the store ?

The store is spotless, employees are friendly, and the food is great. I eat here 2-3 times a month and will continue to do so.

Spent 60$ on Uber eats for this crap! This ain’t Mac. The chicken was nasty and they forgot a drink. I couldn’t even reach anyone because they don’t answer. I’m never ever eating Popeyes again. I mean idc. Not anywhere. This is the worst. Like is it a bunch of 16 year old working there?

Popeyes is One of my favorite fast food chains, but this location just hasn’t figured it out yet. Meals have come out sloppy and overcooked. The breading on the chicken usually just falls off and the chicken has been rubbery the past two times I’ve been here.

every single time i come here there’s something wrong. they never have enough food made and i have to settle for other stuff or wait over 10 min for them to cook more. even tonight they closed right as i pulled up to the window because they said some part of their system was down which may no be controllable but is frustrating as there is always something wrong.

Couldn’t even order. They had nobody to take orders at the drive thru or inside.

Popeyes is my go to Chicken Place. I've only been to 2 bad ones and probably a couple hundred great ones, so the ratio speaks for itself.

Ever since Popeye's came on my radar, I don't think I've eaten at any of the other chicken fast food places unless it was a wings place. :)

Chicken and shrimp is heavily battered and is undercooked. You can still see the liquid batter inside

The store clerk had poor communication skills and a bad attitude. After I paid in the car, the clerk hurriedly urged me to leave, saying the timer had expired. I was setting up my phone's navigation, and there were no cars waiting behind me.
